More or Less Grown-up Affairs

Chapter 22

Tyson stood quietly inside the boys bathroom in the fifth grade hall. Outside, Fitzwilliam and Carfudel Coopenforgen were talking with another fifth grade boy named Stefano King. Tyson had been looking for the fifth graders when he heard voices coming from the end of the hall. Trapped, he ran to the bathroom to hide, hoping the voices would belong to girls or pass the bathroom. Unfortunately, luck is never on Tyson's side. The three fifth grade boys entered the bathroom and came face to face with Tyson.

Tyson ran to the stall farthest from the door and locked the door. He grabbed a roll of toilet paper and threw it in the toilet, clogging it. He flushed the toilet repeatedly, watching as the water level grew. The bathroom slowly became flooded. Soon, there wasn't any dry floor left. The fifth graders left before their shoes got covered in toilet water.

"We're telling Mrs. Dunder-Head!" Fitzwilliam yelled as the door closed behind them.
