Kireyi
Already awake and ready the Kireyi made her way to the Sully's Marui Pod to make sure they were up. Sneaking her head around the corner she saw their mother Neytiri awake, with a quick glance she knew what Kireyi needed and started to wake the oldest of her children first. With another glance it was as if they silently spoke with their eyes, Neytiri nodded indicating her children would meet them so Kireyi walked back to the shore to wait with her siblings.
Not long after the four made their way to Kireyi and her siblings, with a long yawn from Tuk, the poor girl started speaking, "Why're we out here so early...." She rubbed her eyes some more, making her way to Kiri this time to be held.
"Tuk, we start this early back in the forest, too, be nice." Kiri rubbed Tuk's hair back and brought her attention back to the three.
"I'm sure you will love today, Tuk. We will teach you all to ride Ilu!" Tsireya tried brightening the little girl's mood, and to everyone's dismay, it worked.
"Do I get to ride my own? I'm not allowed to ride Ikran by myself yet...." She looked at Tsireya, full of hope.
"Yes, you will, we have many gentle Ilu I feel you'd get along with." Tuk's face lit up at the remark, and she was immediately excited for the day.
"You all can pick who you'd like to learn with today-" Not able to finish her sentence Kireyi was tackled by a now running Tuk.
"I'm with Kireyi!" The girl giggled, holding onto the older ones' waist as they lay on the sand.
"Tuk.... you should be more careful, calm down some," Kiri quickly shut down her younger sister's reckless behavior, "I'll be watching you, if you get too out of control, you'll learn with me, okay?"
The younger girl quickly nodded and apologized to Kireyi, the two walked out into the water; they weren't too far away but just enough to be off the sea floor. Neteyam watched the two in slight dissatisfaction; he wanted let everyone else "choose" and then go with Kireyi; Tuk and her new friend had to ruin it, though. Even with that, he was glad to see his sister having fun. He let his other siblings go first and was left with Rotxo.
"Hey cuz, I'll be honest, Aonung dragged me here." He pat Neteyam's back and started his way over to Aonung.
"So what does that mean?"
"It means I'm following Aonung wherever he goes, Kireyi is probably the best teacher, and Tsireya is too infatuated with your bro." He said, diving into the water.
Well, his plan worked by default... he tried not to look as if he was in a hurry, but he couldn't wait to speak to Kireyi again. He dove into the shallow water, grateful it hadn't been so cold unlike yesterday. He caught up to his younger sister and Kireyi awfully fast. The two girls turned around to look, realizing it was him; Neteyam and Kireya exchanged greetings, including the boy taking the initiative to explain himself.
"Rotxo said you'd be the best teacher and left me for Aonung." He was slightly flushed from rushing over and seeing Kireyi up close again.
With a scrunch of the nose, the girl spoke, "Of course, that skxawng did that, he is attached to Aonung's hip like a bug. I hope he didn't offend you," she clicked her tongue and made a calling noise several times for what he guessed to be the Ilu.
"She was about to introduce me to her Ilu!" Neteyam held Tuk in the water, and they watched not just one, but two Ilu swim toward them. They weren't the biggest creatures, but had the build to carry a person or two on their backs. Shining different shades of grey-ish blue they swam around the three, chirping and hitting the water to splash them.
