Mi mejor amiga! My sister in arms. Cami has been my closest friend for a long time. I met her pretty much on accident. According to her, she was running away because of some issues with her familia and ended up in the fake shop above my lab. My android tricked her into falling down to me as programmed for any agents trying to catch me, which is what I thought Camila was at first. Then we talked and I let her hang around. From that day on, she and I became mejores amigas por siempre. Best friends forever. You'd think that because she's all nature and I'm all tech, we'd be at each others throats. But nope. We couldn't get enough of each other. We even helped each other out as far as having a home. She was kicked out by her parents because they were disgusted by her powers. I kept getting chased out of places because my hideout was always found. And y'know, the whole Tecnología thing. So, per our agreement, Camila used her plants to hide the Hackerspace and I agreed that she can live there.
Ok, but enough about us, let's talk about these powers. Camila is basically hero Poison Ivy. She can control plants, she's immune to toxins, and she can surround anyone in protective vines like armor or thorned vines to cause some damage. By the way, vines are usually her weapon of choice. She can even turn her hair into vines and use it. She's also strangely amazing at cooking. I've never had better food than from her. She can even heal you with her food. I wonder how she would do on a Gordon Ramsay show. She may seem sweet and she is, but if her emotions get out of control, her powers become a lot stronger. I've only seen it happen once. I honestly never wanna see it again.
P.S: If you want to make her blush, have her cook something for you and tell her what you think. She'll blush like crazy from the compliment. It's so adorable.
RCP Codename: Mother Nature
This one's a bit more straight forward. Use a large amount of flames. Preferably someone with pyrokinesis. Enough burning will take her down. Another option is getting her away from sunlight.
Update: She also as a cat familiar named Erma. You'll need to neutralize her as well. When Camila is too weak to fight, Erma will step up transformed into a larger cat like a lion to attack you. A few strong tranquilizers should do the trick.
