There's some lime if you squint hard enough-

Your alarm was screaming at you around 8:30 am. You turned it off before closing your eyes to lay there a minute. When it had been a good few moments you opened your eyes to see that it's now about 10:45.

"SHIT I OVER SLEPT!"

You shot out of bed and noticed dan was already awake and he had just finished putting jeans on and had no shirt.

"Why didn't you wake me up?"

He shrugged, "You looked peaceful and like you needed the rest. We leave at noon so it's fine."

"No because I have to shower and pray that my hair cooperates and then make sure what I'm wearing isn't too impressive but not too disappointing cause if not hell will indeed break lose."

He walked over to you and gave you a long and deep kiss on the lips before rubbing up and down your arms.

"Its going to be okay. Worst comes to worst I have IBS and I stick to the bathroom while you think of an excuse for us to leave."

You nodded after taking a deep breath in and out. You then made your way over to the bathroom with your clothes so you could begin to get ready.

About 3 minutes later you hear a knock on the door and peak around the curtain to see who it was. It was Dan.

"For time purposes is it alright if I join you?"

Now he has seen you close to naked before. Your swim suit isn't exactly making the world oblivious to your body shape. But your boyfriend wanting to join? That was new.

"Sure I don't see why not."

He got undressed and you awkwardly looked away as he got in. You weren't exactly uncomfortable but you also weren't jumping up and down with joy from the opportunity.

"Are you sure this is okay y/n?"

You nodded and began to wash your body while Daniel washed himself as well. It was a comfortable silence to him but really awkward to you. As I said though, that didn't mean you were opposed.

"You know you're really beautiful y/n?"

You paused and looked at him and seen the most amount of care behind his eyes that he's ever shown anything as far as you were aware. Despite your lack of clothes, it wasn't entirely lust he felt. Maybe just a pinch.

"Oh, well thank you Dan. Not exactly too bad yourself."

" *gasp* You think I'm beautiful?!"

You chuckled lightly and decided to play along.

"Rumble Tumble Games...you are absolutely stunning."

His face turned a little red with a smile on his face. You went to wash your hair but Dan had walked closer to you and pulled you into a backwards hug by your waist. You felt your body temp rise at the skin to skin contact.

"Genuinely though...you are beautiful. I'm very glad to be able to call you mine and kiss  you."

"I'm glad I get to kiss you too. It's always nice."

He then gave you a light and gentle kiss on your neck and it's like the world stopped spinning for a while. The amount of adrenaline that raced in your blood at this point was beyond insane. Your breathing even changed. You didn't know why.

He gave you another kiss behind your ear. At this point you started to piece what was happening. You quickly turned around to face him. His face had shown that he didn't realize how that made you feel. You gave him a quick peek on the cheek and finished showering so you wouldn't get to your parents too late.
