In my little Darker Miraculous au/headcanons. Since the butterfly Kawami is not being used for it intended purposes, it negatively affects the people affected and the person using the miraculous. This permanently changes them and not even the ladybug miraculous lucky charm can heal the changes. It permanent even if the Miraculous is deactivated and will pass on the next generation. Here are examples
Wings: They won't have wings but they will have marks on there back like there wings been cut off
Eyes: They won't be able to see out of the eyes but can still have it act as a real eye that cries and gets irritated
Fangs: Has bigger canines
Eye color change: Eye still the normal same but has discoloration from the Akumatized
Skin color: Akuma skin color is on patches like viltigo
Emotions: They get random outbursts of the very Emotions that git them Akumatized and cause severe problems for people
Jaw change: Jaws will always be unhinged and must be wired to temporary keep them from randomly dropping
After Emma second Akumatization, she got giant balls on her eye lashes that make her eye lid basically dangle on her eyes. It was basically 5 pound weights on her face. To get rid of them she removed the lashes from the fake 'eyes' but didn't know all her lashes ball will get attached from the lashes nerves and she ened up accidentally completely removing the lashes from her eyes. Think your hair but it getting ripped from your scalp with tweezers. She is currently crying from her room.
