Basically a au where Doug is recruited as an agent to Beirce who recruits him to help take down Malak Clan/Cult where there a bunch of souls are captured to do there unknown goal. Victims are turned into shards and Malak runs different gangs in different area of the world. Each gang has a certain power but the leaders can have different kinds of powers.
