Chapter 13 - The search begins

"Lucy! Lucy!"

Cana shook the blonde mage trying to wake her. Luckily everyone in the guild seemed to be alright and Wendy had confirmed the Lucy will be fine when she wakes up.

The stellar mage sat up slowly and rubbed her head. "Ouch."

"Lucy! Are you alright?" asked the card mage.

"Er, yeah, I think. What about you lot?"

"We're fine."

Lucy's eyes widened suddenly and she looked towards the doorway. "Where's Natsu."

"Umm... Acnologia took Natsu-San," replied Wendy sadly.

"He what!?" growled Lucy, getting up. "We have to go find him!"

"Chill dude, we're on it," assured Cana, gesturing over to Levy who had books, a large map and some lacrima crystals around her.

"Lucy-San, you should really sit down so I can check your injury."

"How can I just sit down!" she yelled.

"Lucy!" warned Cana, patting Wendy's head.

"Sorry Wendy, I'm just worried," she apologised, sitting down at the nearest table.

"It's okay Lucy-San, we all are, but he'll be alright. We'll find him," smiled Wendy, walking over and applying her magic to Lucy's wound.

"I hope," she muttered.

"Oi, Shrimp, found anything?" asked Gajeel, peering over her shoulders.

"Well I can confirm that he is no longer in Magnolia," she mumbled, still concentrating deeply.

"Well that narrows it down a lot," he sighed sarcastically.

"Urasai! This is hard work!" she snapped. "Especially when I don't have anything special to Natsu."

"What are you talking, there's something special to Salamander sitting right there!" he said, pointing to the gloomy blonde.

"Oh yes! How could I forget! Lu-Chan!?" she called.

"Yes Levy-Chan?"

"I need your help!"

"Okay, what is it?" she asked, walking over.

"Well, considering you're very special and important to Natsu, we think that you will be able to find him easier!"

Lucy blushed at the comment but instead stated, "sure, what do I need to do?"

The solid script mage handed her a piece of string with a pointed lacrima crystal on the end. "Concentrate on finding Natsu, and hold the crystal above all areas of these maps. Don't move it to fast or hold it to high or you might miss him," she explained. "Can you do that?"

"I'll try my best," she replied, determined.

"In the meantime, I will find out more about who we are dealing with," Levy mumbled to no one in particular, opening a book and beginning to read.

The clocked ticked as the mages of Fairy Tail sat impatiently once again. "Have you found anything yet, Levy?" asked Mira, bringing over a tray of drinks and offering her one.

She took one and gulped it down before saying, "not much. Just that Acnologia is a powerful dragon who works for Zeref, supposedly the 3rd most powerful being in existence. 2nd being Zeref himself and 1st being... END."

"END?" Gray repeated.

"What's that?" asked the sky dragon slayer.

Levy flicked ahead a few pages. "END is the most powerful demon in Zeref's Book, apparently created to destroy Zeref. He is the leader of the guild Tartarus, though his whereabouts are unknown and no one but Zeref has seen him in demon form," she recited.

"So he's a mysterious little shit," grumbled Gajeel.

"So do you think that this END has anything to do with Natsu-Nii's whereabouts?" asked Romeo.

"I don't know. Maybe. I wouldn't get hooked up on the idea though, we have no proof that Acnologia has anything to do with END, he's never seen him after all," Levy explained.

"Good point. Looks like we'll just have to rely on Lucy for now," sighed Erza. "How's the searched going?"

Lucy looked up at the redhead and smirked. "Found him."
