𝐍𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐢'𝐬 𝐏𝐎𝐕:
Morning came so damn fast, the sun shone through the window of the motel room. This was gonna be some beautiful day but it's still crappy since I can't enjoy any games without feeling like my organs are burning.
Anyway, I got up from the bed. That shit had the worst mattress ever, ain't no way people slept on that. As I was cursing the entire motel, a certain memory from last night appeared in my brain. Clearly, I had forgotten I was in the same building as the two. I groaned, realizing that Chishiya and I had to see each other quite often now. That's gonna be harder than a dick.
The room was starting to make me feel a bit claustrophobic so I decided to just leave the room and get a drink from the vending machine located outside. I walked towards the door, opening it then closing it. While walking my way towards the vending machine, I noticed a woman getting a drink from it. I tried to get a closer look but immediately realized it was Chishiya's companion, Kuina. She turned around while looking at her water until she looked up and jumped.
"Fuck! Niragi, you scared me!" I tried to form a smile but it came out awkward so I immediately stopped. We kept looking around until I decided to speak up.
"Can I use it now?" I asked, she apologized and moved aside.
Kuina kept staring at me before giving me a coin to use. I thanked her and used it on the machine but she still kept her gaze on me. We stood there and kept looking around, it was so fucking awkward.
"Uh, wanna go for a walk?" Kuina asked, without anything to do I nodded my head.
We began to walk towards nowhere but damn it was still so awkward. I didn't know what to say or do so I just kept walking in silence. Kuina would glance at me from time to time and I did the same so I couldn't really say anything. It had been five minutes already but it still felt like five hours. This time, Kuina broke the silence.
"Niragi, can I say something?"
"Yeah." That was all that could come out of my mouth.
"Uhm.. I know Chishiya did all those bad things to you in the past like using you and tried to... but I can promise you that it's different now. He won't do anything bad to you so please don't hurt him. And please don't hate him." Kuina stopped walking as she said all that. I stopped walking too to look at her. She was looking at me with a very sincere look on her face, I just sighed.
"Chishiya's a smart guy, I understand he used me for his own survival. I won't forgive him, never ever." My words made Kuina frown, she looked down and just stared at her shoes so I decided to speak up again.
"But.. maybe one day I will. At times I think of him as a jerk but at the same time, he's so clever and brilliant I feel like I never deserved him in the first place." Kuina looked back up at me with her eyes shining this time.
"...I'm so glad.." She said, sighing in relief. Her frown was now replaced with a smile, this made me smile back without any embarrassment hitting me.
"Wait! 'Never deserved him', Does that mean you?!-" She covered her mouth and her eyes widened in shock.
"Tell anyone and I'll fucking kill you." I threatened, Kuina began to jump before running away back to the motel.
"NIRAGI SUGURU LIKES CHISHIYA SHUNTARO!!" Kuina yelled out.
"KUINA YOU BITCH! THE KING OF SPADES MIGHT HEAR!" I yelled out while chasing her but that just made her laugh out loud.
We finally reached the motel, panting. Kuina dropped on the ground as she continued to laugh happily after catching her breath. I was still trying to catch mine considering how I'm a slow runner and Kuina was way faster than I was.
Though, I was confused. What was so funny to her? We could've gotten killed if The King of Spades heard us yelling or if Chishiya was awake and heard us.
"What's so funny?" I asked once I finally caught my breath. She sat up and smiled at me brightly.
"If you think about it, you and I never really talked or had fun like this. You and Chishiya always argued back at The Beach and you hated my guts for defending Chishiya." Kuina said, tilting her head as she smiled again.
That was true so I ended up smiling back at her instead. Kuina really was a fun person now that I realize it, she's so cheerful. We got interrupted by a person opening the door to Kuina and Chishiya's room.
Kuina and I both turned our heads to see the person. A certain light-blonde who still wore his Nike white jacket stood there as he walked outside, rubbing his eyes as he did so. In short, it was Chishiya.
Immediately, I looked away but now Kuina knew my secret so she smirked at me before looking back at the shorter male.
"You guys are so loud." He complained.
"For a reason, also did you know-" Kuina paused before looking at me with a mischievous grin. I glared at her but she spoke up anyway.
"Did you know Niragi and I went on a walk when you were asleep?" She chuckled when I sighed in relief.
"I can tell, you both are sweating." Chishiya stated blankly as he eyed the both of us up and down.
"Fuck off! Don't look at me." I glared at the shorter male, I was pissed off for some unknown reason but whatever.
"Okay." Chishiya just shrugged and walked away from the motel. Kuina looked at me with a stupid smirk on her face as if she was teasing me.
We followed closely behind Chishiya and it felt like pure hell. The bitch who I thought was so kind wouldn't stop teasing me.

We were searching random stations for food, the convenience stores ran out and no one was here to restock the supplies needed. So we had no choice but to search in different areas. Whilst searching in a bar, Kuina told us she's going to go look in another room, leaving both Chishiya and I alone. She gave us both a wink before leaving.
Chishiya looked calm and didn't seem to mind at all but as for ME, I am not alright. Curse Kuina for trying to act all innocent but she knows what she did. I tried my best to remain cool and gladly, it worked. So we both kept searching the large room until I felt something burning in my throat. I coughed and coughed, trying to get it out. The dwarf had noticed this though.
"Niragi, you alright?" He came up to me, patting my back until I finally coughed it out on my hand. I removed my hand from my mouth and to my horror, it was blood.
Unfortunately, it really looks like I don't have much time in this world. The corner of my mouth went up before I put my hand back down. I turned to look at the shorter man and it seems to me that he also knows. He suddenly ripped a piece from his shirt and used it to wipe the blood off my lips. Before I could even thank him, I felt a pair of lips on mine.
'Oh fuck, it's happening again.'
