Chapter Two: Waking up in a New World
Despite waking up and walking around, Jani attended to her like a mother hen. Her maid was very chatty, and Zia used this to learn what she could. "Jani, tell me again...why are there dragons" her cheeky maid chuckled at another of her questions, assuming she was in a silly mood.

"Jani, I'm fine; I just need to rest and recover a bit more," Zia assured her. The maid curtsied and gestured for another maid to set her table with honey-covered biscuits, a tray of breakfast meats, and what looked like the fanciest oatmeal she had ever seen.
"This looks amazing, Jani, the chef, has outdone themselves. Thank you for bringing me some more food" Zia smiled, encouraging Jani to stop trying to figure things out. The distraction worked because Jani's whole face lit up, making her bright green eyes light up,
