When they Awoke

Xiao POV:

Once again, I had given in to sleep. I woke up to Aether's nude body next to mine. Quickly my face flushed, remembering last night's activities. I looked down at him again, he looked even better when I wasn't drunk. I stared at him for who knows how long, until he woke up and looked up at me.
"Xiao..what are we?"
"boyfriends..i-if you are alright with that"
"Sounds good"
He smiled that stupid adorable smile of his the out his head to my chest and laid down for a little to finish waking up all the way.
"I love you Aether"
I didn't even feel the words come out of my mouth, they just came so naturally.
"I love you too, Xiao"
With him bad thoughts didn't come as much as normal, he comforts me just by being here.
I tried to sit up and that's when the stiffness hit me.
"Ngh- fuck"
"Just wait till you try to walk"
Aether laughed and I sighed in pain.
"Here, let's try to stand together. We can see who got more impacted with it"
"Kay"
We both rose up and Aether winced while he stood, and I had to slightly bend my knees so I wouldn't fall.
"How are we gonna explain this to Rex Lapis?"
"If they heard us, then I don't think we'll need to"
We both looked down in embarrassment at the realization of how loud we were last night. When we did we also realized both of us were still undressed.
"Let's get dressed, shall we"
I nodded and we put on our clothes before going downstairs.
"Good morning you two, did you sleep well?"
Morax laughed and we both looked at each other.
"I had walked in to check on you both when we got home, just to see you two asleep naked."
"We uh- were burning up.. it was getting pretty hot in that room.."
The brunette smiled and went back to doing whatever he was doing, completely unbothered by the fact they just fucked in his house.

-time skip sorry-

We spent a while staying in Rex Lapis' house, and talking to the residents of Liyue. We'd meet quite a few people I hadn't even talked to in my whole time of being in Liyue, like Beidou and Kazuha for example. Kazuha wasn't born in Liyue but had come from Inazuma the land of eternity, Beidou treated him like her son and welcomed him onto her ship. Beidou also was willing to take us to Inazuma, a place Aether had been wanting to go to.. it was far from Liyue so I was skeptical but I could always teleport to Liyue if I needed to.
"I'm heading to Inazuma tomorrow to drop off some packages, I could take you three if you'd like?"
"Xiao, Paimon? Is that okay with you all?"
-"Its okay with Paimon!"
"It's fine with me as well"
"Alright then, Inazuma it is"
We went home and told Zhongli about our leaving tomorrow, and packed up before going to bed.
