"Come on! Don't stop, she's right behind us!" Scott calls out, as he runs ahead on the rest of them. Eli's hand was still tightly woven with Leila's, as he basically drags her behind him. Theo behind them, looking over his shoulder every so often.

Eli falls to the ground, ultimately pulling Leila with him on his fall. Scott and Theo help the two to their feet and they continue to run through the woods.

They duck behind a ledge, leading to a small creek. "Listen, you guys are gonna have to go on without us" Theo tells them. "What are you talking about?" Eli asks, looking between the two wolves. "Dad, I'm not leaving without you" Leila says.

"I have to try and get through to her," Scott speaks. "She's trying to put an arrow through you." Eli deadpans.

Scott groans, lifting his hand to look at the dark gash. "What's that?" Leila asks him. "Wolfsbane. She coated the arrows in wolfsbane" Scott says, lifting his eyes to look at Theo. "My dad told me he almost had to cut his arm off because of wolfsbane poisoning" Eli says, a slight tinge of nervousness in his voice.

"You need to run, Eli. Take Leila with you. We're not far from the road...Theo and I will keep her busy" Scott says, and Eli scoffs. "I can't do it without you" Eli says. Leila turns to look at her dad. "Dad-"

"Hey, you're gonna be okay. Remember, you just learned how to heal" Scott says. "You did that for me," Eli argues. "I gave you a push. And if Allison has any chance of remembering who she is, shes gonna need that same push," Scott explains, and Eli looks over at Leila, squeezing her hand.

"Find your dad. I think we're gonna need his help" Theo says. "Yeah, ok" Eli says, before getting up, pulling Leila with him and the two take off toward the road. Where they were almost hit by a car, a car driven by Sheriff Stilinski. The two couldn't be more relieved.

"Dad!" Eli calls out, as they walk into the McCall's house, followed by the sheriff. "Mom?" Leila says, as her mother comes into view. The woman rushes toward her daughter, wrapping her tightly in her arms.

"Eli?!" Derek wraps his son in his arms. "You're safe, Eli. Both of you are" Derek says. "Yeah, but Scott isn't-"

"And neither is dad" Leila says, cutting Eli off, and locking eyes with her mother. "Your dad can handle more than you think," Jasmine says, before she locks eyes with Derek.

"Theo and I made a pact, that if all of this supernatural shit would start to happen again, that we'd keep Leila out of it," Jasmine says, and then scoffs. "Look at where that led us"

"All that matters, is that they're safe" Derek says, leaning in the counter next to the Raeken woman. "Are they, though? I mean my best friend is back from the dead, after 15 fucking years. She almost put an arrow through your son, and my daughter!" Jasmine rants, before shaking her head. "The worst part, is I keep having this premonition. That one of us isn't going to make it through this" Jasmine admits.

"Hey, we all come back from this. We always do." Derek reassured her. Jasmine nods her head, but didn't have the heart to tell him who her premonition was actually about.

"You see the way he looks at her?" Derek asks, changing the subject. The two of them lean against the counter, watching their kids who are sitting on the couch. "He looks at her like she's everything in the world" Derek adds.

"They're in love." Jasmine says, a soft smile on her face. "They're so innocent in all of this," she adds. "Maybe something good can come out of it" Derek says, and nods toward the couch, where Leila has just laid her head on Eli's shoulder, and his arm was around her back.

"Hey, we got a problem" Stilinski says, walking back into the house, as the lights flicker and then completely shut off. Three Oni appear at the end of the narrow hallway.

"Three of them." Derek says.

✨✨✨

Leila and Eli were crouched down behind a wall. Watching as Derek and Stilinski fought off the Oni. Jasmine stood with her back against another wall, not really being much help. She could scream, but all that would do was make the people in the room weaker, which is exactly what they didn't want.

While Leila watched, she felt herself being pulled closer to her best friend. The two of them making eye contact, before looking back at the fight happening before them.

Jasmine looks over at the two scared teenagers, before deciding she was going to risk making her way over to them. Big mistake.

Leila watched as a sword went through her mothers stomach from behind. Letting out a shriek, she tried to get up but is held down by Eli, while her mother vanished into thin air, leaving behind a thick cloud of black smoke.

Eli's arms falling slack against her body, as the same thing happens to Derek just seconds later. But they can't be sad for long, as they're pulled to their feet by another figure.

"Malia?" Eli asks, as she pushes them in front of her down the hallway. "Come on. Come on!"

Malia pushes them through the door of the basement, both of them tumbling down the stairs, Leila landing on top of Eli. Malia tumbled down the stairs behind them.

"Are you okay?!" Eli questions the girl above him. "I'm good." She pushes herself up, and helps him to his feet. They run ahead of Malia and hide behind a few boxes, as Malia started to transform in front of them to fight off the Oni.

Eli gently pushes Leila behind him, before approaching Malia and doing the same thing to her. "Eli, what are you doing?" Leila questions, her heart beating out of her chest.

"I can do this," he mutters, breathing heavy. His face started to contort into one of a werewolf, and Leila's eyes widened.

"Oh shit," Malia mutters, as Eli runs toward the Oni. Only to have a sword go right through his stomach, and he vanished. Leila felt like her entire world stopped. Her chest was tight, tears falling down her face.

"Eli!"
