In Mumbai, today was a dance competition where d3 participated if they win then they'll get cash prize and also opportunity to learn from Terence Lewis academy, where they'll teach different styles of dance, d3 wanted to win it at any cost, they can't miss such big opportunity, they were also too confident that they'll win but there was one such team which was a completely unexpected to enter into this competition as they couldn't afford the entrance fees of the competition, they belong to a chawl of Mumbai, the team has boys, girls,kids,adults who work hard to earn their daily expenses, they work early morning selling milk, newspaper, then go to school/college after that do dance practice, they had lot of struggle but they didn't giveup dance, their passion and respect for the art brought them here. The gang reached the venue except Rey, other teams were too arriving, still there was time, the gang was trying to call Rey but he wasn't picking, Sharon was too irked, she was angrily moving collided with a girl, the girl apologized politely, "sorry", "what sorry can't you see patha nahi kahan kahan se muh udake chale aate hai don't know who got you inside" said Sharon irritated,looking at her clothes, gang girls chuckled, the girl felt hurt, boys were silent, Swayam took them inside. After some time Rey entered inside hurriedly collided with a small girl, but before she fall, Rey held her, "sorry,aap theek ho" asked her, she nodded looking down, Rey too looked down, saw her shoe laces open, he took her to a bench made her sit, "aap ko shoe laces bandh ne nahi aati" asked her with a smile, she nodded again, "it's easy main dekhao", she again nodded hesitated, Rey smiled and showed her making her smile widely, "lo hogaya" he hi-fied with her making her giggle, "aapka naam kya hai" she turned silent looked around to find her team mates smiling widely at her, they moved to them, "Anu hai uska naam" said one of the guy, the girl ran to him, Rey turned to them looked a lil confused with the girl's behaviour, "woh bol nahi sakti hai" said again the guy, Rey felt his heart churned at the lil soul, his eyes moistened, the girl again came to him pulled his finger, actioned him to bend, Rey kneeled, she kissed his cheek making him smile and emotional at the same time, he too pecked her head, "aap Rey hai naa" said the other guy trying to change the emotional scene, he nodded, "sir hum aapke bahut bade fan hai kya ek selfie mil sakti hai" making him chuckle, "ofcourse mil sakti hai par don't call me sir, mujhe Rey bolao bas" making them smile, they clicked few pictures, Rey too clicked a pic of him with Anu, "all the best" wishing them Rey went inside, the team was astonished with his behaviour, earlier their team member Sharon misbehaved with their team member, they saw not even a single person stopping her but here Rey who's also their team member is so grounded, humble and kind. Rey entered in, to meet Sharon whose on extreme anger mood now and Rey knew it's better not to utter anything because it'll turn out into argument right now he didn't want that, he signalled Swayam to get ready, he and the boys too somehow calmed her saying it's the time to their entry, after few performance, they entered the stage with their magnificent performance but alas Sharon missed her step but before anyone could notice Rey held her in a way that it looks like a step. After their performance, there was loud clapping and hooting, the judges too seemed happy with their performance, Terrance, Geeta and Malaika Arora were the judges.
The host, Rithvik Dhanjani came on stage, clapping, said "well done d3 what a performance, judges aap se jana chahenge aapko kaisa laga inka performance, Geeta maa"
Geeta - "STUPENDOFATABULOUSLYFANTASTICAL"
The team jumped on hearing the compliment hugged eachother,
Geeta - it's commendable, beautifully choreographed and executed, all the best guys
"Thank You ma'am", team said
Malaika - "I really enjoyed the performance sorry but I couldn't take off my eyes from Rey",
The host went to Rey, teasing him, "ohh hoo", others chuckled, Rey was blushing,
Malaika - "really Rey you were phenomenal, just outstanding"
Rey smiling said, "thank you ma'am",
Rithvik - chalo bhai inka toh hogaya tareef, let's get to Terrance Sir
Terrance - well the performance was amazing, the choreography was on point, performance was too on point but let me just get deeper, Sharon, tell me honestly did you miss the step at the end
Sharon was embarrassed, she nodded,
Malaika - what really I didn't feel it
Terrance - yeah because Rey handled it very smoothly showing it like a step, it was superb Rey, it's a sign of true artist
Rey smiled a lil, "thank you Sir"
Rithvik - all the best guys
The gang went back stage, Swayam was consoling her, others were quite.
Next was "A.S Dance Crew", they gave a mind-blowing performance making all the judges and audience give a standing ovation, even the gang boys clapped, they were too amazed with the performance, the girls too wanted to clap but they're ego didn't allow them, sharon felt they lost the chance to loose, she felt hurt because she
earlier insulted one of the team member now they would win, that hurted her more.
Rithvik - "bhai kya performance thi, you guys just killed it", the audience hooting loudly making the team grinn, "chaliye judges se jante hai"
Geeta stood up, "bade kalakaron se khade hoke baat karna chahiye, outstanding performance bacchon, mere rongate khade ho gaye congratulations"
"Thank you maa" said the team
Malaika - it's true what Geeta said, mere bhi rongate khade ho gaye the, what a mind-blowing performance guys just too good
"Thank you ma'am", team
Terrence - "chumeshwari performance, mere pass shabd nahi hai aapke performance ke baare mein bolne ke liye"
"Thank you Sir", team
Terrence - aapke team ka naam 'A.S. dance crew' hai, A.S ka matlab kya hai
The team leader said, "sir humhe bhi nahi pata", everyone looked confused, "sir darsal jinki wajah se aaj hum iss competition mein aaye or iss stage pe perform kiya hai woh sirf A.S ki wajah se hai, unhone hamari entry fees bhari, humara iss competition mein aana sapna raha hai par utne paise nahi the, hum jitna bhi kamate hai woh hamare school/college ke fees mein or ghar ke kharachoon mein nikhal jata hai, humhe ek letter aaya iss competition ka confirmation ka 10 din pehle toh pehle toh laga koi mazak kar raha hai phir unka call aya, unhone hamara dance dekha hai or unko bahut pasand aaya"
Terrence - jeevan mein katin parishram hi aapko safalta ki charan tak pouchate hai, dekhaye aapki mehnat rang layi
"Thank you sir" said the team
Soon the performances came on hault, the results were supposed to announce, d3 team, A.S dance crew where standing on the stage with judges in middle, "so the winner is 'A.S dance crew', congratulations guys you truly deserve it" announced Terrence making them jump in joy, d3 were hurt, upset, Rey too was upset but still he clapped for them, even congratulated them heartily, others just wished them formally except Sharon and other girls.
"Well I know the winner would get the chance to learn in my institute but I also want the first runner-up, d3 gang too gets the opportunity to learn in my institute" said Terrence making them happy, "thank you sir" said the team.
The event ended, everyone started leaving, the gang came out, Rey went back stage to meet Terrence, he found them in green room where all the three judges and host were present, he knocked, they saw him, "ohh Rey come in" said Rithvik, "Sir I wanted to request you something" said Rey looking at Terrence, "yaa Rey bolo", "sir actually I'm working so I couldn't make it for regular classes, will it be ok if I attend on weekends" said Rey hesitated, others looked at him, "Rey kya kaam karte ho" asked Malaika, "actually I'm a trainee", "Rey if you don't mind what's your father's name" interrupted Terrence, "Ranvijay Singhania" said Rey, Terrence stood up, "I was right, I felt it, you look similar to your father, I have met your father twice such a humble and grounded person even after being the great businessman" said Terrence, Rey smiled proudly, "so you work with your father" asked Malaika, "no ma'am actually before I work with dad I want to prove myself capable", everyone looked impressed with his honesty, "tum bahut hi acche dancer ho or usse bhi zyada ek bahut acche insaan ho Rey god bless you" said Geeta, "thank you ma'am", he looked at Terrence, "Rey definitely you can join on weekends, you're exactly like you're father, you would be be great dancer and also a businessman", said patting his shoulder, "thank you Sir". The gang heard the conversation, they moved from there, Rey's phone ringed, he removed it to turn it silent, 'Baby calling' was shown on screen, "oh ho baby, girlfriend ka call" teased Rithvik, others too give a teasing smile, before he could say anything, again the phone beeped, a voice message, Rey clicked the play button by mistake, "mamu Aru aap se gussa hai aapne promise kiya tha, aap nahi aaye milne Aru aap se Kati hai", others were awwed, "aww so cute" said Geeta, "hmm sorry but I have to leave, I didn't meet her since a week due to dance practice, so can I take your leave" said Rey politely, "yeah sure, Aru ko hamari taraf se hello kehna" said Geeta, Rey smiled and rushed out. "Kitna accha ladka hai na so humble and passionate, bahut kam hote hai, itne bade businessman ka beta hone ke bawajood apne dam pe kuch karne ka jazba hona badi baat hai" said Geeta, "you're right, even he's father is like that, I have met him twice and he's the strong businessman to the outer world but has so much simplicity in him" said Terrence. Rey ran outside, he took out his phone, called Aru, she didn't say anything, "baby I'm very sorry , mera phone silent pe tha baby", "mamu I'm very gussa apne promise break kiya", "baby I'm sorry, accha I'll bring your favorite ice cream", "hmm ok but jaldi aao","ok baby jaldi se aara ho ok bye" got on his bike, went off, the gang watched him, they heard his one side conversation, "Rey is in love" said Rini, "yeah looks like that, even he's working somewhere we have no idea what's happening in his life amazing" said Vishakha taunting, Sharon fumed, he's her bestfriend still she's unknown about his whereabouts, now they are not on talking terms, she decided she'll end this soon, she have to talk to him calmly maybe then he would listen to her.
Rey went to Solanki's, Avni and Arjun were sitting in living room, "hi Di, hi jiju" greeted  hugging them, they too were happy seeing him after a week, "how was the competition" asked Arjun, "good", "toh jeet ne ki party" said Avni, "Di hum nahi jeete, there was another team 'A.S dance crew' woh log jeete they were too good" said Rey praising the team, both looked at him amazed, "you're not upset" asked Avni, "no Di harna or jeetna is a part of competition, so it's fine by the way you know we got opportunity to learn different styles of dance in Terrence Sir's dance institute" said happily, both smiled at him, "chalo khana khalo" said Avni, "Haan Di bahut bhook lagi hai", "lagegi phir subah se kuch nahi khaya, chalo ab" dragged him, served him food, he started eating, "Di mujhe aap se kuch bolna tha", "Haan bolo", "mom dad ka anniversary hai next week", "wow so plan kya hai" said Avni, "plan kuch nahi hai because of this competition maine kuch nahi socha, ab aapko hi meri help karni hogi", "sure par yeh bolo har saal kaise celebrate karte ho", "nothing much, subah mandir jate hai, the whole day we spent together and mere bahut force karne ke baad they cut the cake that's it", "you mean they don't like parties" asked Arjun, "no jiju they attend the business parties too for just attending, they believe spending time together is precious than partying", "true they are right" said Arjun, "Di aap kyu silent mode pe ho", "I have a plan" grinning Avni explained the plan, "wow Di you're the best, kya planning karte ho aap too good", Avni looked at Arjun who was smiling,
Av - aap ko kuch nahi bolna
Ar - yeah good plan
Av - itna thanda reaction
Ar - yaar yeh kya baat hui kuch bola toh problem nahi bola toh problem kya karu main
Av - aap kuch mat karo aap se kuch nahi hoga
Arjun shaked his head at her never ending complaint, Rey was enjoying their banter, he admire them alot. "Di woh ice cream dena or baby kahan hai" asked Rey trying to divert her, "tumhari baby Vikku ke saath hai" Avni went to bring, "thank you saale sahab" said Arjun, "it's ok jiju" said Rey chuckling, Avni gave him ice cream, he went to her room, he entered, Aru ran to him, he picked her, "chalo Aru ab toh aapke mamu aage ab main chalo" said Vikku, "arrey nahi you can stay", "nahi Rey mujhe kaam bhi hai, you guys have fun bye" said politely, pecked her forehead "good night Aru", she too kissed his cheek, "good night chachu", he left. "Chalo baby let's have ice cream" he feeded her also showed his dance, both slept watching the video, Avni who came to check on Aru once saw the scene, Rey was holding Aru in his embrace, both looked so calm, she kept the phone aside, covered them with blanket, off the lights went outside to find Arjun standing, both smiled knowingly.
