Chapter 20

In London, next morning trio left for college and Adi went to office, he entered his cabin with Mack, one of his most trusted man, "good morning Sir", Adi just nodded, "what's the update" asked in his cold voice, "sir here is the video of what happened  yesterday in the event", showed him, "ok you may leave", Mack left, he know the devil side of his boss, he respect him alot, he maybe the Hulk to the enemies but a guy with golden heart.
             
                    Adi's pov:
I saw the video of dance competition in which the gang participated, the team who won was sent by me, yes the A.S is none other than 'Aditya Solanki', I asked Mack to search for best team but also a team jinko iss competition ki zarurat bhi ho or kadar bhi, they found the group, they checked their background and informed me, showed their dance, I was impressed with their dance and I knew they would win it for sure, I wanted to show the gang that there are many more talented people out there, they are over confident and so full of themselves, they think they are best so I brought best dance crew which would beat them. Initially I thought about Rey but then I felt he is a sported person even after loosing he would take it sportingly, my men were confused why I'm putting in so much efforts, things would turn like I want with my one call but I would never go against my morals. Or sabse badi baat unlog ko main nahi unka ahankar hi harayega, 'Vinash kaale vipareet buddhi', this just the beginning, they will destroy themselves with their own hands and about Rey, he already have a bright future ahead for which he's working really hard, he reminded me of myself, I was always the reckless and ruthless guy, I would beat the shit out of people who try to mess with me, bhai was the only one who knew about it at home, he would always scold me to stop getting into fights, main chupchap sunta tha par ladayi nahi chutta but one incident brought the major change in my life.
I was in my 1st year of graduation, I had very few friends or I can say my only childhood buddies, Sanjana,Varun,Anjali,Rohan, others who tried to befriend me was only because I was good in studies or of me being Solanki and I hated it. One day when I entered the college, the scene in front of me boiled my blood, some senior guys were trying to misbehave with a girl, others were just standing quiet, I couldn't tolerate it, I beat the guys blue and black, one of them went unconscious, principal called us in his cabin asked me the reason for fight, I explained him what happened, then he asked the girl, she denied, saying they were casually talking and I was the one who beat them unnecessarily. I was shocked then principal called papa, he and chote papa came to college, when they got to know they were disappointed, the principal warned he would rusticate me but my friends came as a saviour, they got other students and one of the them had a video of the guys misbehaving with the girl, the principal, the girl and the guys apologise to me but I didn't say anything and left.
Bhai got to know, he scolded me for getting into fights, he always warned me that my anger would land me in trouble but I didn't listen to him and I had to face all that but I was more hurt because of the disappointing look of papa and chote papa, so I decided I'll go to London for my studies, I promised them I will work on myself and never give them any chance to complain. Bhai ask me to promise that I would never get into fights. I left to London to complete my studies, my friends too accompanied, I also started working in the London branch office. I got myself immersed in studies and work that I had no time for love and not that I didn't believe in love, I strongly believe in love, I had look up to the amazing couples in family, maa-papa, choti maa-chote papa, bhai-bhabhi, Sanu-Vikku, I too wanted to fall in love but I didn't find such girl jisse dekhte hi pyaar hojaye. Then after MBA I came back to India joined company. I was the ruthless businessman in the business world but I always kept bhai's promise to never get in fights.
And one day Taani entered my life turning my world,the first day after I saw her in temple I couldn't stop thinking about her, I asked Mack to get her information, yeah I knew everything about her from day 1, when I got to know she's already in a relationship with Rey, I was heartbroken, I didn't knew what to do, jaise abhi bahut sundar sa sapna dekha ho or ek pal mein woh sapna toot gaya, but I couldn't stop myself from getting a glimpse of her, then that day when Taani broke down, I felt to beat all of them but I couldn't, from that day again I started keeping check on her whereabouts. I got to know she's trying to move on focusing on her career, I was happy that my words did affect her, I was elated when I knew she would join our office, on the first day I was eagerly waiting for her and got collided with her, I couldn't stop thanking Krishnaji, I was all the time thinking how I will go in front of her and there she's in my arms looking angelic. It was very difficult for me to be professional with her being around,then it was my idea to invite Tauji on dinner, so he would get Taani along with him and she will meet family. It was really important as she was suffering from anxiety, isliye maine socha agar ek baar woh family se mile phir toh mujhe mere gharwalo pe yakin tha woh Taani se mingle ho jayenge, in this way she would get lil distracted and be happy. And maybe Krishna ji was with me, everything happened like I wanted gharwalo ne rishta bheja and Taani ka Haan kehna toh Krishnaji ka ishara tha that we are destinated. Then the proposal was well planned, I genuinely wanted to make her feel special, she's extremely special to me and the smile on her face, I can do anything for that, also I knowingly planned to invite the gang, I wanted to show Rey that Taani is mine, maybe I'm not jealous or insecure of him kyunki jealous insaan unn cheezon ke liye hota hai jo uski nahi hai or usse pane ki woh nakaam koshish karta rehta hai and possessive insaan sirf unhi logon ke liye hota hai jo uske hai or sirf uska haq ho unpar. There's this thin line between being jealous and being possessive, this what I have learnt from my elders, my dadi used to say this, "jalan sirf dil mein nahi lagti woh insaan ko andar se kokla bana deti hai or ristoon ko jala dete hai isliye jalan ko rishte ke aas paas bhi nahi aane dena". But I'm definitely a possessive person, so it was important for him to know that now she would never be back to him, the hope he had of getting back to her I ended it.
Then I heard bhai and Vikku plan of inviting the gang to engagement, I remained quiet because I trust them and Taani, I knew this time she would face them bravely. I was very proud of her when she retorted back to gang, I was very happy the way family didn't leave any chance to give them a piece of mind. But I was very furious when the gang locked her in storeroom, she was hospitalized, her lying unconscious made me helpless for the first time in life, that was the reason I had to take things in my hands, getting the boys beaten up, warning them but still I wasn't satisfied nor did they. The gang would still try to harm her or humiliate her so I got my team to beat them in dance. They won because of their hardwork and talent that was a great thing. The gang has lot of things stored in, I never spare people who try to harm my family and they hurted my Taani a lot so how would I let them go easily. Just have to wait and watch, I'm glad Rey understood and moved on and the day when he left from hospital, he reminded me of myself when I left India with a promise to work on myself, everyone does mistakes but the one who try to rectify it is a brave one and I'm genuinely happy for him and now he's a family.
I rubbed my face, closing my eyes, all I see is my Taani, I really love her alot from the moment I saw her, she's the sukoon of my heart, my precious possession, my kohinoor. A smile crept on my face, I'm missing her now.

Phone beep brought him out of his thoughts, Taani's driver message of dropping her safely to his office, but she didn't come to him, then he's eyes went to the cctv footage of reception, he rushed out, the reception was talking rudely to Taani, he could hear through the Bluetooth.
Taani had leisure so she thought to meet him, she entered went to reception to ask about him, "excuse me can you please tell me where's Aditya" said politely, the receptionist looked at her from head to toe glaring her she said, "who are you? And who do you think you're ? He isn't available to meet anyone like you and move out before I ask the security" before she could say anything a loud and cold voice came, "enough" making her shiver and Taani knew what would happen next so she moved to him, the receptionist thought now he would blast on Taani, "who the hell are you to talk to her in that tone? You're fired" said Adi throwing draggers at the receptionist, she started pleading him, Taani too trying to calm him, "Adith please calm down", Adi looked at her held her hand went to his cabin. He was fuming in anger, 'how the hell that receptionist can behave with his Taani, he would not spare her', Taani kept her hand on his shoulder, "Adith hogaya ab bas calm down", "no Taani,this isn't right I hate this kind of attitude, uski himmat kaise hui aapse aise baat karne ki" said Adi angrily, "ek kaam karo aap na yahan golgappe jaise muh fula ke baito main jati ho" said Taani turned to go but Adi held her took her and got seated,
Adi - accha jaan sorry, aap bolo aapke classes the phir yahan kaise
Taani - "leisure tha socha aap ko surprise karo but yahan toh main surprise hogayi aapka gusse wala roop dekhe,now I know why everyone call you Hulk" said teasing him. Adi chuckled, 'jaan you didn't even see the Hulk and I wish you would never see', "aacha I love your surprise Jaan" pecking her forehead, "waise Sanu or Rishu kahan hai, aap akhele kyu aayi", cupping her face, "woh dono campus mein hai, or main akheli kahan aayi driver ke saath aayi ho or aapke woh bodygards bhi toh hai" said pouting annoyingly,Adi pecked her pout and said "but baccha it's important, remember yesterday, I don't want any such thing to repeat", "Haan par it will grab unwanted attention", "it won't baccha they will always stay afar, they are for your safety baccha", she nodded. Taani got message from Sanu to come back, "chale mujhe jana hoga meri classes start hogi" she stood up to leave, "ok come I'll drop you", "nahi aap ka meeting hai na, aap apni meeting katam karo main chali jaungi", "ok par neeche tak chodne toh aane do", both went down. The staff looked them with shock, they were coming holding hands and their boss was smiling, they have never seen him smiling, they now knew she's very important and special person to him. He dropped her to the car, went back to his cabin again with a cold look, he looked like a bipolar to the staff.  Taani, Sanu, Jenny and Kriya were coming out of campus after their class, kriya told them about yesterday's incident, Sanu was confused as she didn't knew anything before she could ask anything, they saw a car coming towards them and stopped at a distance, Kriya recognise it,
Kr - yeh toh wahin car hai
Jen - which car
Kr - the same car
Adi came out, Sanu smiled widely at him, Kriya too smiled a lil, Jenny was staring at him and Taani was too staring him
Jen - he's so hot
Taani looked at her astounded, Sanu chuckled at her, Taani glared her, kriya was looking at Aditya, Adi came to them while staring at Taani. "Hey" said Adi with a smile, Kriya too greeted with a smile, Taani remained quiet but smile crept on her face, "I was passing by and saw you guys", kriya nodded, "by the way meet my friends, she's Jenny and she's Sanvi", he shaked his hands with them, Sanvi was giving a teasing look to him, he too chuckled inwardly, he was staring at Taani intensely, "hmm coffee"  asked her, others smiled, "I guess we will meet you later Taani" said Sanu teasing, "yeah enjoy Taani" said Jen, they were leaving, "hmm some other time" said Taani smiling she passed through him, winking at him, she ran to them, turned to him giggling, he smiled widely at her, "haaye yeh ladki mujhe mari na dale" keeping his hand on his heart.
