Swiftly drifting down the stream
I tried to remember my dream
The one I had when I was young
Before I learned to control my tongue
Driving slowly up the road
I tried to remember the code
The one that unlocked a place
Before it disappeared without a trace
Running quickly around the room
I tried to find you in the gloom
You hid from me
It is clear to see
In the dark
I found your heart
You kept it locked tight
But now it is in my sight
It is mine to love
Mine to hold
Mine to cherish
Mine to never let go
And I will never let it go
