It's okay

To not be okay

Every once in a while

We are fragile beings

We are humans

We are not indestructible

And we get hurt

It's the truth

Don't pretend

For someone's sake

To make them feel better

Because it will make you feel worse

If you keep it in

It will fall out

It will get too much

It will hurt all the more

So talk to someone

Anyone

A friend

A family member

Even a stranger

There are people who

Can help and though

It's hard to admit

Sometimes we all need help

We are only human after all
