Matt POV

I woke up at 10 AM. I went on my phone and I saw that Scarlet posted it on her spam account and it was a picture of sky on her phone. I looked at the caption and my heart dropped a little.

Who could she be on the phone with? I was going to look at the comments, but they were turned off.

I started thinking about Skyler and how I did notice that she's been acting a little bit different for the past few weeks

maybe I'm just overthinking everything and she just could've been on TikTok or YouTube

I get up out of my bed and went to the bathroom and took a shower and did my morning routine

I got changed and went downstairs

there I saw the boys chilling out on the couch

"hey sleepyhead,"Nick shouted

I didn't reply to that, but just head to the kitchen and see what I could make

i'm not a chef, so I just put bread in the toaster and spread it butter and jelly on it

I put a glass of orange juice and went over there on the couch

" did you guys see Scarlet's post"

they both nodded their head

"what do you think that was about? " Chris looked at me. "where are you getting jealous" I looked down" no shut the fuck up"
Nick laugh " sure"

"ok so what if she was talking to somebody what would we do?" I said." bro I don't know it's her life." Chris said.

" I would definitely find out there about them" nick replied

" what if it's like somebody we know"

"like who " they both said at the same time

"would you think she would go back to one of her exes" I looked down

"honestly, maybe but hey, who knows maybe she's not talking to somebody she could've been doing anything else on her phone" Nick reassured me

"should we go over there to Scarlet's and see what's going on?" I raised a brow. I didn't care if they wanted to go or not I was going to go no matter what.

they agreed to come. We all went to the van and got in Chris's in the passenger seat, and Nick was in the back.

Scarlett lived in the apartments 15 minutes away from my house

once we got to the building, I put the car in a parking spot nearby. We walked up the stairs and went to her door. We knocked on it no reply.

" do you think they're still asleep "
Nick says

I knocked a little bit harder

"i'll just call her and see if she will answer " Chris said

A couple rings later. Scarlet answered the phone. We told her that we were outside and if she can open up the door.

she opened up the door and give us a look. She was not a morning person.

"so where's sky" we all looked around we haven't been to Scarlett's apartment in a few months

"i'm not really sure she wasn't here when I woke up but I looked at my phone and she texted me that she was going out with her friend and she will be back later and not to worry " she gave us her phone to look at the messages

" which  friend would she go out with?" Chris said. The exact same thing I was thinking.

she shrugged "I mean, if she wanted us to know she would say something I know she would open about it eventually."
