LUNA.

few days later, i was told that i was going to be sent to town with Wylie in the morning for our therapy sessions scheduled for that week. it was my first day attending therapy, and i found it suspicious how Weems only sends me after Parents' Weekend. mother must have either told her about the picture or how she was encouraging me to learn looking into the future.

"wrong, i saw your nosebleed incident last weekend and was informed by the nurse about it. you attempted to see into the future, didn't you?"

i eyed her with suspicion and asked, "how did you know?"

"the same thing happened with your mother back when she was younger. your father always brought her to the nurse after she got a terrible nosebleed from all her tries.", Weems told me with a small smile. "so, you're going to have your therapy session first before Wylie. you can have a little stroll around town while waiting for her. after all, i can't really afford to let either of you both out on your own."

"is that supposed to be an insult?", i asked her jokingly. she chuckled, "no. Miss Thornhill will bring you girls there in ten minutes. after Wylie's session is over, she'll pick you both up afterwards."

"got that. thanks, Principal Weems.", i said and left her office.

i quickly sent Killian, Xavier and Divina a text that Wylie and i were leaving and would be back after two hours. at the front courtyard, Wylie arrived there after i did and was frowning. i knew she was dreading the therapy session as usual. she told me that Dr. Kinbott usually interrogated her about the accident between her and Aria.

"Dr. Kinbott is really such an annoying bitch. 'oh, what made you feel so angry that you attacked her?' 'did any sort of trauma trigger you to act out?'", she mimicked and grumbled, "she better be grateful that our sessions aren't on full moon nights, otherwise she'd be shredded into porkchops a long time ago."

"i'd hate to see that.", i stated, gagging in my mouth at the thought of Wylie actually violently slashing someone with her own claws.

Miss Thornhill brought us to town with the school's black car and dropped us off at the entrance of the building where Dr. Kinbott's office was at. "i'll be back in two hours, girls. no running off and put on your best behavior, okay?"

"yes, ma'am.", Wylie said before Miss Thornhill took off and drove back towards the school. "well, i'm heading to the Weathervane while you have your sesh. see you later, bitch."

"see ya.", i laughed as she smiled, us walking in different directions.

honestly, therapy sounded really nice but part of Wylie's words were right. Dr. Kinbott does get a little annoying with her questions.

"so, Luna, Principal Weems tells me you've been trying to read the future. how's that doing so far?", she asked, smiling so sweetly it was kinda scaring me for some reason.

i shrugged my shoulders, "i only tried once so far. failed really badly and got a stupid nosebleed."

"i see. does your mother see the future?"

"um, yeah, obviously. she's currently the most powerful witch in my bloodline.", i told her as if it was obvious.

the blonde woman nodded, "alright. i have some questions for you, and it does touch on a sensitive topic for you, from what i am told. mind if i ask?"
