As I stood at the gates of the school waiting for the others to come for us to join the bus it started drizzling, so I alerted them to hurry up.
When we came out the bus was far gone so we had to get an uber to take us home.

I called an uber and in 5 minutes I went outside the gates to check if it had arrived.
As I took a step outside the school, a black sports car which I soon recognized to be a tesla dashed past me and splashed a nearby paddle on me.

I was drenched and my pink shirt got stained. The driver stopped but as I approached with a deep frown on my face he sped off.

As I stood there trying not to cry over how hideous I looked, I felt someone wrap something around me.
It was a hoodie. I lifted my head to take a look at the good Samaritan that just helped me.
