Lunch. A seat was saved for me by Jasmine and Lily. Everyone from this morning was there. The good part was Ben. The bad part was Gigi.

She sauntered in five minutes late and the boys all watched her. She paused for a moment before she decided on directly across from me and directly next to Ben. Of course.

"So how was the morning for ya'll?" Lily asked around.

"Pretty okay. I'm in Mrs. Lionel's homeroom. She's nice." Jasmine said.

"I'm in Mr. Franklin's. He's the bomb." Steve said. He and Ben high-fived. Guess they were together.

"I'm in Mrs. Jorge's." I said. "She's ok, I guess. Strict though. Guess who got in trouble?"

"Chance?" Ben asked grinning.

"The one and only." I sighed.

"Too bad you got stuck with him," he said sympathetically.

Like, too bad I couldn't be stuck with you instead?

"Yeah, I know." I replied, hiding a smile.

The rest of the kids went around telling their stories. When it got to Gigi, she said "I for one, have big news."

I froze.

"Mrs. Chandler handed out lollipops in homeroom, and since I'm on a diet-"

Lily and I rolled our eyes. Gigi didn't really need a diet. She was probably underweight already. I sighed in relief, too.

"Would you like to have it, Ben?" she finished.

My heart stopped.

"Wow, thanks, Gigi," he grinned, accepting the candy.

Steve and Mike made kissy noises and Gigi giggled.

I wanted to barf.

I looked through my locker angrily. I knew exactly what Gigi was playing at. Flirting. And of course, how could Ben deny smooth, beautiful, flirty Gigi? How could anyone?

I slammed my locker and turned in time to see hundreds of kids running about trying to get to class.

"Watch out." A voice said. I felt myself being slammed against the lockers. A kid raced past at breakneck speed. If I hadn't moved, I would've probably been on the ground.

Speaking of which...

I looked up in to the face of my rescuer. His eyes were a brilliant blue and his lips were mere inches away from mine. His hair fell into his eyes. His body was pressed against mine and I felt my heart flutter.

Crap.

"Hey," he smiled.

"Hi?" I breathed. Holy cow, holy cow, holy cow.

He let go of me and moved away. "Good thing I saved you. You almost fell."

"Yeah. Thanks," I said, unable to look away.

"No problem, I'm Blake by the way."

"Celina. But you can call me Cel. Or whatever. If you want. Or whatever you want," I blabbed.

He laughed. "See you around, then?" Was it just me or did he sound hopeful.

EEEEEEEEEEKK.

"Yes! I mean yeah, sure, see ya!" I said, nonchalantly running a finger through my messed up hair.

He turned to go.

"Wait!" I called. He turned, confused.

"Uh, um, thanks." I said, feeling stupid. Shit.

"You already thanked me," he grinned.

"Oh. I mean, yes, I just, I-"

Oh great. Now what?

I had to think fast. "I'm just uh-I'm doubly thankful." I managed. Please don't call me weird. Please don't think I'm weird.

He raised an eyebrow. Then he laughed again. "You're one funny girl, Celina." He remarked.

I tried to smile back as he waved and walked away.

Then I smacked myself. "I know I am, Blake, trust me."

What did ya'll think? I know it's not perfect sorry for the mistakes! Should I continue updating? And I saw that I got around 40 views on this so thank you I was not really expecting even like, 10. So anyway, thoughts please? Feel free to give me ideas! What do you think? Should Blake just be a random person in the halls? Should Cel stick to Ben? Or should Blake have a more mysterious role? Comment please!♥
