(Tina's POV)
I walked to my class with Shayde. "So where's your girlfriend?" I asked. He laughed. "She has a different class right now, actually." He said. "Oh. Well that must put you in a bad position." I said, setting him up for a joke. "Hmm? Why do you say that?" He asked. I smirked. "Because," I started, "you can't kiss or hold her right now, so your thirst must be extreme." He laughed. "Good one!" He said as he opened the door. "Ladies first." He said. "Well then you should go ahead of me." I said. "Well I guess you're right." He said, walking in ahead of me. I lightly pushed him into a wall as we sat near each other. "Who's our teacher for this class?" I asked. Shayde shook his head and shrugged. I sighed as we waited for the teacher to come in. I saw a shorter girl with white hair in a big braided bun, a corset-like top and a dress cage skirt walk into the center of the room. Whispers were being texted and talked about. I heard a boy ask if she was lost. "If I were lost, than I would not be here." She replied. "Now then, let us take roll." I heard her say as she pulled out a quill and ink. She glanced at our whole class once, then marked down the few who weren't there. "How did she do that so fast?!" I asked Shayde, confused. "Maybe she's older than we think." He said. "Class, you shall refer to me as either Lady Kuro, Miss Kuro, Miss K, or just Lady will suffice. Today you shall be doing calligraphy." She started as I, along with most of the class, groaned. "Come, come! Calligraphy is the most fun unit in your English class now a days!" She said, then muttered something I couldn't hear. "How old are you, kid?" Someone asked. She glared at the person and held him at the tip of her sword. "I am not a kid. In fact, I am much older than you could possibly imagine." We all blinked. Shayde muttered something about being right, then I kept watching Lady Kuro. "Now then, onward with your calligraphy lesson." She said as she turned to the chalk board and wrote her name in a very fancy font, plus it was in... "The hell..?!" I said quietly to Shayde. "How can she write like that?!" "Miss Smith." Lady Kuro said. "Yes?" I questioned. "To answer your question, I was taught how to write like this, back when I was... Well, back when I was little. This was how you would write back then." She replied. "Oh. Okay then.." I said. The rest of the class time was spent working on our handwriting. Once we were finally out of class, we went to different rooms. I went to my dorm, and Shayde went to his. "I'm back." I said. No one seemed to be in the dorm. 'That's strange, usually someone is in here at this time. I mean I know we have different schedules but even still..' I thought to myself. I heard a loud noise and I froze, getting my powers ready just in case something happened..
