I had arrived at my game, on my way there I saw Arisu and Ann together and I walked with them. We had to go down a long stair case on our way there, I walked through the door way and the borderline scan beeped as usual.

'1 per person' the table with a few phones on it said on it, three of them were already gone. The three of us picked up a phone and it chimed.

"This test will tell us if you're a good candidate for a beach executive. So do your best." Ann said while looking at me, I nodded. I had just became a executive so they don't know if I'm good for the job yet.

I will still standing next to Arisu by the table with phones. "A waterproof cover?" Arisu asked. I was sure it's a game that includes water.

I turned around hearing footsteps to see Kuina, she looked up "y/n! We have the same game." She walked closer to me giving me a hug. "I'm so glad!" I said, smiling.

She smiled back and grabbed a phone, "I'm
Kuina. Good to meet ya." The girl with dreadlocks said looking at Arisu.

Kuina put her hand out, and Arisu shook her hand back. "Me too." Arisu said while shaking her hand.

"Ms. Ann! The waters coming out pretty fast, it's getting deeper."a boy with a blue cap said, "hey! You guys. I recognized the boy from a game we had previously played.

"Wow, you played tag. You made it, huh?" Arisu asked. I didn't expect for him to make it either, while I was watching from the top floor with Chishiya the boy wasn't doing well in the game, he was a newbie.

"Yeah, now at the beach, I'm a mechanic-" Tatta got interrupted by Ann. "You can talk when the games over. Ann said as she walked away, Tatta had followed along with Arisu and not long after me and Kuina gave each other a reassuring look and followed behind.

We had arrived at the game and it was a game that included water, there was water coming out of pipes filling the room slowly, getting us wet.

"What is this game?" I asked. Everyone's phones started chiming. " game entry is now closed. There are 8 participants. The game is about to commence." The female voice from our phones say.

The phones chime again. "Difficulty. Four of diamonds." The female glove said. "This is the last diamond card we need." Ann said. There was electricity crackling from above us.

"Game, light bulb." The announcer said. "Light bulb?" Tatta asked. The phones chime. "Game Play challenge. Which switch turns the lightbulb on? Rule one, only one of the switches, A, B, or C, will turn the light bulb on. Rule two. You only have one chance to leave the door open while flipping a switch. When the door is closed. You may flip any switch or as many as you like. Rule three. If a player is in the time and the switch is flipped on, the door to the room will be locked and cannon be reopened. Participant only have one chance to answer as a group. The game is cleared when you determine which switch turns the lightbulb on. As the water level rises, should water touch the hanging electrical wires. It is game over." The female voice from everyone's phones said.

"Electrical wires?" Kuina asked herself, right after Kuina had said that a girl put her hand up to touch one of the electrical wired. There was an explosion noise as the girl fell to the ground and died. "How can someone be that stupid?!" I yelled.

"And those would be the electrical wires." Ann said with no expression on her face. "Remember, don't touch." Kuina had said while looking at me. "Yea, I know." I replied while nodding.

"The water level is rising!" Tatta had yelled. "If it gets high enough, we'll all die." Ann had said, again with no expression on her face at all.

"Okay, listen! We just need to know which switch turns on the light. I'll go into the room first, we'll take turns!" Tatta yelled. "If you go in, the door won't close!" Arisu yelled back.

"Let's see-" kuina got interrupted by Ann, "and you can only try once wirh the door open."

"But if we close the door, it doesn't make sense to flip a switch. We won't know if the lights on!" Tatta had yelled over the loud water that was rushing out of the pipes. "Yes, but suppose we flip the A switch with the door open, but the lightbulb won't turn on.  Then we will only know that it's not the A switch." Ann said.

"Well, have you got a better idea?" I asked. I try not to show I am scared but I believe that in these situations everyone is acted even if they don't show it, including me. "I say that you... you flip the A switch with the door open." Tatta said.

"And if the light bulb doesn't go on?" Kuina asked. "If the light bulb turns on, then it's switch A. If not, it's B or C. That way we've got a 50 percent chance!" Ann has interrupted Tatta, "66 percent" she has said.

"You sure? It should be 50 percent." Tatta replied. "Gotta tell you, I'm not following any of this." Kuina said.

"What will you do, Arisu and y/n?" Ann had asked the both of us. "There's no other choice. All right, with the door open, I'll flip the switch! If the light bulb doesn't light, we will be left with choosing the other two switches." Arisu said.

"I think you should do it, Arisu." I said while looking at him. "So it's a shit in the dark?" Ann had asked the both of us.

"It's all I've got." Arisu replied. "With right peoples lives. Sorry, seven." Ann said while looking at the girls dead body. "Ann, if you know how to solve this, then tell us!" Arisu yelled at Ann.

"I told you, Arisu. We are testing you two." Ann said. "It's too confusing!" I had yelled. "Give me a break! Don't drag me into some rookie test." Kuina said. I have her a glare, she gave me a sorry look.

"Gonna give up?" Ann asked Kuina. "Well, i give up. Just tell me the answer!" Tatta yelled at Ann.

"We'll die! Tell him!" A lady said. The electricity crackled again "the answer!" Tatta yelled.

"Arisu, just go do it before it's too late!" Kuina yelled.  "Think it's through, you two." Ann said.

"Go on!" Tatta yelled. "What are you waiting for?" Kuina asked. I started thinking back on the rule from the game, and it popped up in my mind.

"Close the door!" Me and Arisu had said that at the same time, guess we were both remembering the rules. "Huh?" Tatta asked. I stared at Ann and I saw her smirk, she knew me and Arisu were right.

"Close the door!" Arisu said. "Hurry!" I yelled. "Id do what they say, otherwise, we are dead." Ann said

Kuina and Chota walked over to the door and closed it. Arisu flipped the A switch "don't move!" I yelled. "But why not?" Tatta asked me. "What are you doing?" Kuina asked

The electricity above us was buzzing. "Hurry up!" Tatta yelled.

"Open it!" Arisu yelled. Kuina and Tatta helped each other open the door. Arisu flipped the A switch and Tatta looked over at the light bulb "it didn't light!" He yelled

"Kuina! Go in and touch it!" I yelled. "Huh?" "Go! Our time is running out." I said. Kuina went in to touch it "it's hot!" She yelled.

"It's switch A-" I yelled but got interrupted by Ann. "Switch A!" Arisu pulled the lever and the machine rumbled.

It powered down and the water slowly stopped rushing down. Everybody was breathing shakily. The phones chimed "game cleared, congratulations."
