Around the same time Peter was plotting against Derek, Deucalion had met up with Talia and Deaton to arrange a meeting with Gerard Argent. By coincidence, Ashley had stopped by the clinic that day to visit Deaton.

She was about to enter the operating room when she heard their voices. She stopped a few steps short of the door, not wanting to interrupt what seemed to be a serious conversation. Turning to leave and come back another time, she overheard Talia and Deaton warning the Alpha wolf. They told Deucalion that there was a chance of a trap when it came to Gerard Argent.

Without warning, images of Deucalion being ambushed by Gerard flashed in Ashley's mind. She saw the members of his pack be cut down one by one until finally Gerard pierced Deucalion's eyes. For a minute, she was in Deucalion's position and their pain synchronized. She ended up crying out in pain which shook her out of her vision. It also alerted the three supernatural beings to her presence.

Unable to hide any longer, Ashley took a deep breath and entered the room.

"Ashley, what are you doing here..." Deaton began to ask when he saw the look on her face.

"I-I" Ashley stammered. "I overheard you speaking about this man Gerard and Mr. Deucalion. And I-I saw it...It was like a dream, or like a memory..."

Ashley was hesitant about sharing what she saw. She didn't quite know what she saw either, but she knew she had to warn them.

Deaton smiled warmly at her and reassured her that it was okay to share what she saw.

After taking another deep breath, Ashley in a fumbling, nervous way shared what she saw with the trio.

"Mr. Deucalion, sir, if you go, you will lose everything and suffer unimaginable pain."

"What do you mean?" Deucalion asked her sharply.

"I-I saw it. You end up meeting Gerard in this building that's like a warehouse. He kills all your pack and stabs you in the eyes. Then your beta betrays you right in this room."

Ashley swallowed and then added, "Gerard is not the man who will bring peace. You have to wait."

There was silence for a moment and then the three – Talia, Deaton, and Deucalion – started arguing.

When they settled down, Talia became quiet, but Deucalion turned to Ashley and questioned her how she knew this.

"I-I don't know..." Ashley stammered again. "I just saw it..."

Noticing, her panicked state, Deaton came to her rescue. He started speaking, slowly but firmly: "When we first found Ashley, she knew about us. And we knew there was something special about her. What if this was it? What if she can see the future like the seers of old?"

Deucalion was skeptical. "You don't really believe that?"

Deaton looked at Talia then at Deucalion.

"It matters not what we think but what you want to do about it."

There was silence, then reaching a decision, Deucalion told Deaton to set up the meeting then headed out the exit.

But as he did, Ashley grabbed his hand with her two hands to stop him.

"Please," Her sincere brown eyes pleading with his frowning blue eyes. "Please, don't give in to hate."

Deucalion's frown changed into a small smile, and he patted her on the head.

"No, I won't. I just want peace."

He walked away, leaving the others in the room. Ashley watched his back disappear then faced Talia and Deaton with an expression that said, what do we do now?
