"My dude, what's the hold up?" Sophia asked, putting away her book. She had just bump into Shoji who seemed to be ignoring her.
"Why the heck are you all here?" Ochacco yelled. Sophia tried to get around him, but couldn't. The other way was blocked by people and she didn't feel like pushing through them, so she climbed on Kiri's desk to get a better view. There were tons of students gathered at the doorway, blocking the way out.
"Do you students have some business with our class?" Iida asked.
Mineta didn't let them answer. "Why are you blocking our doorway? I won't let you hold us hostage!"
"They're scouting out the competition, idiots," Bakugou said as he stalked up to them. "We're the class that survived a villain attack. They wanted to see us with their own eyes."
"Well, that makes sense." Sophia muttered as Mineta was freaking out, Izuku trying to calm him. Bakugou stopped and looked all the students over. Then-
"At least now you know what a future pro looks like. Now move it extras."
"What the hell- he does not speak for us! I swear!" Sophia yelled, a bit louder than she meant.
"You can't go around calling people extras just because you don't know who they are!" Iida scolded as most everyone else in the class was doing the same.
"So this is class 1A," a familiar voice said as he moved through the crowd, stopping the class. Of course Toshi was here. "I heard you guys were impressive, but you just sound like an ass. Is everyone in the hero course delusional or just you?"
"Just him!" Bakugou glared at Sophia, but turned back to Toshi without a word to her.
"I was sad to come here and find a bunch of egomaniacs. I wanted to be in the hero course, but just like many others here, I was forced to choose another track. Such is life. I didn't cut it the first time around but I have another shot. If any of us do well in the sports festival, the teachers can choose to transfer us to the hero course.
"That means they'll have to transfer people out to make room." Toshi looked them all over, smirking at the ones who were freaking out. "Scouting the competition? Some of my peers are, but I'm here to let you know that if you don't bring your best I'll steal your spot out from under you. Consider this a declaration of war."
That was harsh, man, Denki thought as he looked the guy over.
"Hey you!" Some other guy yelled. "I'm from class 1B next door to you! I heard you fought some villains and I came to see if that was true! But your all just a bunch of brats who think you're better than everyone!"
"I reiderate- he. Does not. Speak for us!" The dude just pointed at her, glaring.
"Talk all you want- it'll just be more embarrassing when you're KOed!" Sophia pointed back with her own glare.
"Did you even listen to me?" The dude would have answered her, but he caught sight of Bakugou walking away and turned on him. "Where the hell are you going, B? You gotta fix this!" Sophia put her hands on her hips.
"Yeah, it's your fault they're all hating on us Bakugou!" Kiri said.
Bakugou stopped, then turned back to them. "These people don't matter. The only thing that's important is that I beat them." He left, and pretty soon, the others did as well. Either with a new vendetta against them or an unsatisfied curiosity.
"Ugh, I hate that that was such a manly exit," Kiri complained.
Shoji and Tokoyami agreed, but Denki was freaking out as Sophia hopped down from her perch on Kiri's desk. "Yeah sure, but this sucks! He made us everyone's enemies!"
