"I kinda feel sorry for Jaemin"
Renjun replied Jeno when he explained what happened to Jaemin after the exam.
"Yeah, maybe that's why he is cold to others"
The circle of friends, is finally starting to understand Jaemin.
"Anyway what's today menu? I'm so hungry"
DongHyuck changed the topic.
"Let's see"

"Y'all isn't that Jaemin?" Giselle stopped near the principal's office on the way to the canteen.
"Owh yeah! That's him. I guess that's his father..." Jeno replied.
"I wonder what's that man about to do about JaeMin. It's not even a big thing to beat his son like that. He is definitely overacting"
"It's his father and Jaemin will obey for anything for sure"
"But still he is so strange, I meant Jaemin. Maybe it's because of his family background, but still I don't wanna be friends with him" DongHyuck tilted his head.
"But he must have gone through a lot" Jeno whispered.
"Of course you'll take your crush's side" Ryujin smirked at Jeno.
"Stop it. It's not like that" Jeno is defending himself.
"Yeah yeah yeah"
The group had their lunch and returned to their class.
Jaemin was sitting in his place laying his head on the desk. Mark was stroking his head.
"Yo! Is Jaemin, Mark's boyfriend or something?" DongHyuck asked but a little loud.
Jeno shutted DongHyuck's mouth but those two turned at them.
"What did you just say?" Mark was staring at DongHyuck.
"It's nothing. I just said that you both look good together"
"You have your right to think anything weird inside your coconut head but please don't make any werid rumours. He has gone through enough troubles"
DongHyuck raised his arms and eyebrows as a reply.
Jaemin wasn't paying attention. He was looking out of the window. Jeno was worried about him but he couldn't say anything at that time. So he pouted and followed his friends.
The whole day was kind of busy because almost all subjects were taught that day and they didn't have a single free period. The bells rang. Students ran out of the class including Jeno's friends. Jeno was packing his stuff when Jaemin suddenly appeared Infront of him.
"You suprised me" Jeno didn't expect that.
"Are you free today? After-school?" Jaemin asked.
"W-why? Um... I meant yeah I'm free but why are you asking?"
"That's good. Come with me!" Jaemin's expressions were so bright and playful.
"Wh-whereee?"
Jaemin dragged Jeno out.
"Where are we going Jaemin?"
"Just come with me. I won't hurt you, don't worry"
"Ya, I'm not worried... It's just I'm curious"
"Is that's so big baby?"
"What did you just call me?"
"Catch me if you can" Jaemin ran inside the crowd without answering Jeno.
"Oh-" Jaemin disappeared so fast that Jeno was lost in the crowd just after a second Jaemin left.
They have arrived the crowded, busy town. Now Jeno has to find the other.
'Ah this Jaemin, it is too hard to handle him after getting playful. Now where is he?' Jeno is trying to find Jaemin.
"Jaemin is that- " before Jeno couldn't say anything someone grabbed Jeno and placed a handkerchief on Jeno's face. That's all he remembers. At the next time he was inside an abandoned old building. After few seconds he could feel chains around him.
'Did I get kidnapped?'
Jeno tried to identify where it was but it's somewhere he has never seen before.
"Tch,Tch,Tch" someone came towards him.
"Are you scared young boy?" The unknown asked.
"Who are you? Why are you doing this to me? What do you want?" Jeno asked him.
"Ya, it's useless, trying so hard to escape. You're just hurting yourself. Those chains are stronger than you think"
"Why am I heree?" Jeno is angry.
"Are you angry? Woah I'm the one who should get angry. I waited so long for you to get up"
Jeno frowned at the stranger.
"It's not good to frown at elders boy. Just do what I ask you to do. Call right now! Your friend Jaemin. Unlock the phone and pass it to me. If not you and your little sister both will be in danger.
Jeno looked at where the man pointed.
It was his little sister, Kyujin.
"Nooo ... Please let her go!" Jeno was startled.
"You know what to do. Unlock the phone and call Jaemin"
"What are you going to do?"
"It's our business. He will pay for what his father owns us"
Jeno couldn't even talk. He didn't know what to do.
"I- I don't have his phone number!"
"Ah yeah? Should we believe that?" Some other men appeared from the dark.
"You three, look after the girl and y'all, let's treat the boy" the leader - like person commanded the others.
"Stooppp! No please. Don't hurt her!" Jeno begged.
"Then why don't you give your lovely friend a call. It's just a simple call dear. Ah no! It's just a simple phone dial. We will talk to him"
Jeno tried to loosen the chains. It just made the men laugh.
"You're trying so hard. There is an easy way right Infront of your eyes. Take the phone, dial the number and pass me the phone"
" I WON'T " Jeno shouted.
"Oh you're stubborn"
"Guys, let's take some words out from this stubborn boy's mouth"
Those people around the leader started to beat Jeno by the chains they had in their hands.
"Child, isn't it painful? Just make a phone call. It's more simple"
"I--- WON'T AARGHH"
"You sure?" The guy turned at the little girl.
"Kid, I'm asking again! Are you sure?"
Some guys walked towards Jeno's sister with chains.
"No god please nooo. I'll call him right noww! Don't do that!" He screamed. Jeno's bleeding and he is crying not because he is hurt outside but because he is hurt inside.
He slowly took his phone and called Jaemin. He is regretting everything while he type Jaemin's name on his call log. But he can't let them hurt the girl.
"Give it to me" the man grabbed the phone right after Jeno called Jaemin.
"Hey Jeno where are you? Are you -"
"Hello young boy" the man speaked.
"Wh- who is this? And where's Jeno?"
"You want to know where is your friend right?"
The other side is silent.
"I'll send you an address. Come to the place as soon as possible. If not you'll never see your friend and his sister again"
"What-? Where should I come?" Jaemin asked in a defeated voice.
'No Jaemin please don't come' Jeno's wishing in his mind.
And the man sent Jaemin the address.
"That's it! You took sometimes to take the correct decision. Look, you were about to make a decision which will make your sister suffer too"
"You can't do anything to him"
"That's not your business kid. We'll take care of him"
"Aishhh..." Jeno is about to faint.
He can see his sister crying beside.
After few minutes Jeno saw a man dragging Jaemin inside.
"Run Jaemin! Ahhh don't come please..... " Jeno is screaming so hard.
Jaemin didn't look at Jeno. He was focused on the man who was waiting for him.
Jaemin was just cured after the incidence. Jeno feels like he is about to die from the guilt. He is so nervous, afraid and angry.
Jaemin kneeled Infront of the leader.
"What do you want sir?" Jaemin asked in a weak voice.
"Your friend is more an easygoing person than you are" the leader was talking to Jeno.
"Why did you come here Jaemin...? You should have called the police" Jeno was soaking from blood and tears.
"What do you want from me?" Jaemin asked again.
"Let's talk inside"
They took Jaemin inside a room. Only Jaemin and the leader went inside.

After an hour, Nothing happened outside. Jeno doesn't know what's going inside the room. He's worried about Jaemin.
A figure appeared in the dark background. And the person made a sound to take the guard's attention. Jeno recognised that figure. It was Mark. Some of the guards left the room to follow him.
Jeno found out that Jaemin has a plan.
He heard police cars were arriving. The guard tried to take Jeno and his sister to a safer place to hide.
Jeno was surprised to see Jaemin fighting against the guard and blocking them.
'How did he came out from that room?'
He felt someone unlocking the chain he was wrapped around.
"Mark?" Jeno whispered.
"What's happening?"
Mark didn't answer he quickly unlocked Jeno before the guards arrive. He pushed Jeno and his sister inside a room and locked them.
They couldn't see whatever happened outside. The only thing Jeno could do is bear his pain and make his sister less scared.
He heard the police arriving upstairs. He was curious but he remained silent. Finally someone opened the door. It was a police officer.
"Where's Jaemin?"
"Outside the building" he took them outside.
Jeno saw Jaemin sitting on a concrete slab with Mark.
"Mark?" Jeno asked after getting closer.
"Mark please, let's go to the hospital" Jaemin was talking to His friend.
"What happened?"
"He got and injury on his right leg" Jaemin looked at Jeno for the first time.
"Oh my - you ! Both ! Let's go to the hospital! "
They couldn't talk more.
"Kids let us take you to the hospital. And please let us know your parents or guardians numbers. We have to inform them soon"
*After few minutes they arrived the hospital
Doctors took Jeno and Mark inside a ward and Jaemin to a separate room. It was a private room. Jaemin feels lonely right now. He saw others' parents arrived. But he knew no matter who called, his parents won't see him. Instead they admitted Jaemin into a private ward room.

*Jaemin at the age of seven
He got into a car accident after a year they went abroad. They were admitted into a small hospital in hurry. Jaemin had to face a surgery which he was a little scared of.
They took his parents and Jisung into the emergency room. And Jaemin into another room. He couldn't remember anything since he is not conscious.
He woke up inside a dark room which didn't look like a surgical ward. It looked like a lab. There were body parts in so many jars. Little Jaemin was so scared.
He looked around. He could notice anything so hardly because the only light they had in that room was a dull green light without much brightness.
Little boy got up and walked through the room. He saw an unlocked door leads to a storage room. Suddenly he heard someone coming into the lab room. It was a tall, skinny man covered his whole body. He saw young Jaemin and ran towards him to stop the boy. But Jaemin locked himself inside the storage room he found a second before. The man was beating the door madly. Jaemin was so scared. He climbed up a box and opened the small window which was on the top of the wall. The mad person suddenly entered the washroom after breaking the lock. Jaemin managed to sneak through the window and jump outside. He realised it wasn't the hospital room.
He ran as fast as he can in that midnight until he found some help.

After sometimes they found out that it was a body parts trading smuggling.
After that he promised himself not to go inside a hospital ever again.

"Jaemin?"
"Nana!"
Jaemin woke up after hearing some familiar voices.
"Oh he's awaken" Jeno called the nurse.
"Finally" Mark sighed.
"Hi Jaemin, feeling okay?" The nurse asked.
Jaemin nodded but he doesn't know what's the feeling was. Is it sleepiness or dizzy.
The nurse left after some treatments.
"They said you fainted in the very beginning. They didn't do much. There were few scars" Mark talked to Jaemin after few minutes.
Jeno was sitting on a chair in a corner.
"I remembered something happened in real life and it was like a crazy dream" Jaemin answered.
"How are y'all?"
"I'm fine. We can go home today. " Mark said.
"I'm fine too. What about you Jaemin?" Jeno asked.
"I'm good now"
Jeno walked towards JaeMin's bed with teary eyes.
"I'm so sorry Jaemin, I'm really really sorry. I had no other choice than giving your number to them. They - they were about to hit my sister" Jeno started to cry.
" That's fine. I can understand your situation" Jaemin wiped Jeno's tears.
"Where is your sister now?" Jaemin asked.
"We sent her home. She was crying so his parents took her home"
"What about you Mark? You should go and take some rest too" Jaemin looked at Mark.
" I'll leave. But I stayed until you open your eyes" Mark grabbed Jaemin's hand.
"Thank you brother " Jaemin smiled.
Jeno heard from Mark, how Jaemin managed to do everything without those gangsters realising. He was amazed and so grateful to them.
"You had to face this because of me. I'm really sorry Jaemin. Thank you so much too. I don't know how to thanks you! You- I don't deserve you at all"
"It's because I care about you, idiot"
"M-me?"
"Yes you!" Jaemin grabbed Jeno's face from both his hands.
Jeno was so happy and grateful.
"I don't know how to pay you back for this" Jeno looked at Jaemin.
"Am I that hard to read Jeno?"
Mark giggled and bit his lower lip to hide it.
"See? He understands that but you don't"
Jeno doesn't know how to answer.
"Could you please give us a minute Mark?"
"Yeah sure. I'll be outside" Mark left the room.
"What did you mean Jaemin?" Jeno started to talk.
"Jeno, you don't get that I care about you. You don't get that I want to become closer to you. You don't realise how much I miss you, how much I need you" Jeno didn't expect something like that from Jaemin.
"I- I really don't know what you're talking about Jaemin"
"That's the problem"
Jeno is feeling nervous.
"Can you do me a favour please?"
"What?"
"Please treat me like your friend and let me take some steps closer to you"
Jeno stared at Jaemin.
"Please let me be someone you love"
"Jaemin..."
"Is it that hard to be a friend of you?"
"Ah it's not-"
"Okay fine. Don't pressure yourself. I wanted a natural answer. Not a forced one"
Next second, Jeno hugged Jaemin so tightly. He drowned inside Jaemin's arms and locked his arms behind Jaemin. He layed his head on Jaemin's shoulder and bit Jaemin's shoulder while letting his tears down.
"I do need you Jaemin. I miss you too. I care about you too! You're already a part of my life. I don't know what happened to me after you came. It's so hard to describe but not only in school but even after school all I think is about you. It is not about a certain thing. It's just you inside my whole self. I've never associated with you but..." Jeno stopped his whole essay of thoughts coming out of his mouth because he felt Jaemin kissing his neck while hugging back.
Jeno loved how Jaemin did that to him. Jeno loved how his heart raced whenever Jaemin comes near him. Jeno loved everything happened to him because of Jaemin.
"Thank you" Jaemin answered.
Jeno and Jaemin stared at eachother while hugging.
Mark was watching them secretly. He was so proud of his friend. He was so happy about his friend. He was happy that finally he found people who love him. He is proud because he made someone love him.

Woah it was quite a long episode. I don't know what I'm writing lol. Sorry if it's not that interesting. I'm not free these days 😔 anyway I'm still trying so hard to update the story in the best way! Hope you'll enjoy! Bye bye 143 <3
