Haven't i had enough ?

Everyone knows zizzy by her iconic scar,the one parting her lips in half. Everyone's seen it, everyone knows it. It's what makes zizzy, well, zizzy. She wouldn't be herself without it,would she?
It's the thing everyone's eye catches when looking at her, and nothing else. But does anyone other her know the story behind it? The answer is "No", no one,other than her and pony,knows

But maybe, if she trusts you enough, maybe she'll be willing to tell. To tell the tragic tale of the scar everyone knows her by. Of course if she doesn't, she'll just say that she fell on a sharp shard of glass and got cut deep. But it's unrealistic, the cut's perfectly slit, there's no way that some random shard of glass can cut such a clean cut across her lips. That's because it wasn't cut by glass, it was cut by a knife,someone took a knife and cut her lips so deep, it scared. But it wasn't just anyone, it was someone she trusted to keep her safe, but did the opposite and forever breaking zizzy's ability to trust anyone, even the people she loves.

Zizzy was only 12,a child who had already been through a lot. Too much for someone so young. Her "parents" were never good to her,leaving her adult self to wonder everything she's done to them to deserve this in response. They say it was just discipline but all that did was stop her from ever opening up to anyone,even the boy who was with her through it all, he knows everything but he wants to hear it from her. She was crying cause of the previous injury they gave her, then all of a sudden, her father gets up and goes to the kitchen. He grabs a knife and tightly grips it, he,then, returns to his crying 12 year old daughter and holds her face from her chin.   He takes the knife and starts to carve a thick line in the middle of zizzy's mouth. Zizzy only begins to cry furthermore, while her parents left the house, leaving her with her stinging pain.

She manages to get medical attention due to pony helping her, but the hospital told her that her mouth would be bandaged shut for a month, so her birthday was absolutely horrible and she refuses to speak about it. All her life, her birthday was bad luck for her. Everything bad happened on her birthday,her mouth bandaged shut,her first mental breakdown  on pony's lap,her parents getting arrested and going into an orphanage with her 2 month old sisters. Zizzy's birthday always had something bad happening to her, every year she lives.

Until,she stayed with her friends. And for the first time in years, she didn't hate her birthday. For the first time in years,she was....happy. Was that really so hard, mother and father?
