Kore stared at the sky, softly frowning and glaring at the vast monochrome space ahead of him. Valentines Day. He had been hiding from everyone the entire day, Not a single Shadow Creature (or Light creature in Outcode's Case) had seen him today. The only Interaction he had with anyone today was replying to Chaos asking where he is with "No where" and then turning off his phone and moping at that sky. Why is he Moping at the sky? Well.

Kore Hates Valentines day.

Kids would jokingly give him valentine or ask him out only to laugh and point (And sometimes stomp) when he would try and engage in the date or valentines day. It's a horrible Holiday, Nothing is gonna be able to change his feelings on fucking Valentines day. Sure its the "Love Holiday" Or whatever, But in all honestly it should be titled the Nightmare Holiday. He stood up and decided to walk around, noticing that he was starting to smell his mother.

He decided he wanted to walk to the park and see the weird couple shit that's always out on Valentines day. Its not like he had the willpower to see Chaos on this fine lovey fucking dovey holiday. He didn't feel like seeing Chaos at all actually. He doesn't have the willpower to talk to him right now either. He sighs and starts to swiftly walk to the park, narrowly dodging people and walking past those who try to speak to him. No interaction today.

Not one person will talk to nor look at him.

Eventually he was able to find a place to hide and snuggled into it, knowing he was gonna be there for a while. He just wanted to avoid people right now. He stared at the nearby bushes. It was Thatcher's mother's birthday today. He doesnt remember much about her, so he doesnt know why it crossed his mind. He suspects his mind needed something to wander on to not think of other things. He was worried

He knows its quite stupid, Outcode would burst out laughing if he heard this, but he was scared Chaos would abandon him today. Kore only saw this holiday as one of abandonment. Its weird since this holiday was supposed to be about love and... well... Together-ness. He sighed. This is stupid. It really is. Chaos wouldn't leave him... Right? He silently stares. his mind went quiet trying to calculate it. Probably not. Maybe. No. Yes. Yes? Kore stared harder.

He doesn't know. He could. He might. He will wont he? He fiddled with his fingers. He just sighed and pulled his knees closer, freezing as he hears footsteps coming from the outside of the bush he was hiding in he pressed closer to the wall. He stared with fear as the bush rustled and he saw the face of Chaos. "There you are. I've been looking for you for the past 3 Hours, even Ms. Deimos was struggling to find you." Kore stared.

"You lied...?" Kore frowned, watching someone who was supposed to be his date for valentines day's face contorted into a grin. "OBVIOUSLY i was lying!" Jacklen, a girl in his class who had asked him out previously, laughed, her friends smiling and laughing along with her. "Honestly, you are so stupid!" She grinned and looked at 2 stronger people who were now behind Kore. "all 6 months..?" "yes, Idiot!"

"Honestly, No one could ever love you! You're sOOO clingy. Get ready to get your heart broken every relationship you have, Babe." The two others walked closer

Kore blinked away the flashback, taking a deep breath. "Sorry." Kore frowned. Chaos helped Kore up then nodded. "Its fine. C'mon now, I have cupcakes to throw at you." Kore blinks. "Thats why you came to get me?" "Obviously not, I need someone to come with me to earth" Kore remained silent. Chaos started to lead him back home.

There was a thick silence between them, Not uncomfortable, just thick.

"...plus, I was worried about you." Chaos blushed light grey.
