chapter 9: trouble

After a while the dog, Zwei, would run out, Ruby close behind calling him back while Perturabo just looked at them and said;

Perturabo: Return soon.

Ruby half saying she will keeps running off after Zwei as Perturabo kept watch, after a few minutes he'd grow restless and give three sharp raps on the building, rousing thr team as dawn broke, saying;

Perturabo: Awaken. It is the dawn, your leader left earlier and has yet to return. I worry she may be lost.

By the time he finished the rest of team RWBY were at his side ready to go, and they set off in the direction Ruby went chasing Zwei when he showed up, barking madly and turning to run off again, the group thundering after him as they came to a large hole in the street, Crescent Rose laying at the edge, as the group peered down into the darkness before Perturabo said;

Perturabo: I believe we may have found our target, though an assault on the scale planned would surly seal Ruby's fate. That is a sacrifice I am not willing to make. Prepare for combat against human adversaries. Maim, but do not kill if possible.

When he finished the head of Forge Breaker crackled with electricity as Perturabo jumped into the hole, the rest of the group following suit a short while after, Perturabo landing on a White Fang gaurd, bellowed his challenge;

Perturabo: I AM PERTURABO, THE HAMMER OF OLYMPIA! FACE ME, AND SEE MY WRATH UNVEILED!

Dozens of shots would hit the giant while he yelled, the others landing behind him as he raised his shield, banging his hammer against it as he charged down White Fang bashing then aside, leaving Yang, Blake and Weiss to pick off the few that we still conscious, as he rounded a corner and saw a familiar face: Roman Torchwick, who was quickly blinded by Ruby when she lept off his shoulders, pulling his hat over his eyes as she did, Roman calling;

Roman: KILL HER!

Perturabo quickly stepped forward, placing himself and his shield between the students and the hail of incoming fire from the White Fang, as Roman backed away saying;

Roman: Attach this cart and spread the word: We're starting the train!

The group would retreat while Ruby said:

Ruby: listen! Torchwick's got all kinds of weapons and robots down here, androids, mechs, they're all loaded up on the train cars!

Perturabo: What?!

Ruby: Yeah!

At this, the P.A would crackle to life, Roman saying over it;

Roman: Get to your places, we are leaving now!

Perturabo: I can't hail the Iron Blood! We are without support! Board that train! Do not allow it to reach its destination!

With his orders the group would quickly get on, catching the last car as they entered, they saw explosives that started beeping, Perturabo saying;

Perturabo: Move to the next car then detach this one!

As Blake went to detach the car but it detached itself, Perturabo commenting;

Perturabo: They do not want us on this train...

The next car was much the same, and the one after it, forcing the group to run through cars one after another untill a group of White Fang stopped them, Perturabo bashing them into the side with his shield, as Blake called his attention out the back to a massive horde of Grimm chasing them down, Perturabo, cursing under his breath, said;

Perturabo: They're leading the Grimm to the city! This tunnel leads to Vale, and these cars are blowing open a path for the Grimm! Blake! Yang! Weiss! Stop the explosives! Ruby! With me.
