Perturabo would turn quickly and dash to his room, the Tech-Adepts already prepared for him as the Logos was quickly put on, the Logoses systems lighting up immediately, eyes glowing red as Perturabo ran to the CCT, the Logos causing the ground below him to splinter and crack with the force of his footfalls, soon he was upon the tower, when he saw the guards knocked out and a burst of light above, he quickly scaled the tower, climbing inside to see Ruby and Ironwood looking at each other as a clock chimed midnight.
-Timeskip-
As Perturabo ascended with Ruby, he overheard Ironwood yelling and frowned as Ozpin called for them to enter, Ozpin saying;
Ozpin: Perturabo, Ruby, thank you for coming, how are you two feeling?
Perturabo: I'm fine.
Ruby: Okay, I guess. I'd feel better if my bad-guy-catching record wasn't O-for-three.
Everyone in attendance would stare at Ruby as she said;
Ruby: So that's the tone we're going for, okay.
Ironwood: Ruby, I feel it's appropriate to let you know that I think what you did last night is exactly what being a Huntress is all about. You recognized a threat. You took action. And you did the very best you could, Perturabo, I hate to say the same about your actions, but I must, and I won't say it again.
Perturabo would just stare grumpily at him before nodding slightly and looking back at Ozpin as he said;
Ozpin: Now, the general here has already informed us of the events that... transpired last night, but now that you've rested, we were wondering if you had anything to add.
Glynda: Was anyone else with her? Did she look familiar to you at all?
Ruby: I... I don't know. She was wearing a mask, and she never said anything to me. But I know she fought with glass. I don't think that was her Semblance, though. Her clothing lit up whenever she attacked.
Perturabo: My sensors detected residual fire Dust in the area when I arrived. And in the quantities it was found would require an extensive amount of it, similar to the readings shortly after planet-fall.
Glynda: And when you add Ruby's description, I belive it may have been the same woman I fought the night we met Ruby.
Perturabo: Sound logic. I agree.
Ironwood: Embedding Dust into clothing is an age-old technique. It could have been anyone.
Ruby: Wait. You think this girl is connected to Torchwick and the White Fang?
Ozpin: It's possible. But we still lack the required evidence to link the two together.
Ruby: Actually, I... I think I remember her saying something about a hideout, or something, in the southeast. Just outside the Kingdom.
Ozpin: Interesting.
Glynda: I thought you said the intruder never-
Glynda would be cut off by Ozpin saying;
Ozpin: Thank you for your cooperation, Ruby. Why don't you go and spend some time with your team? You have a big day ahead of you.
