The United Nations building. Geneva, Switzerland.

'It is an honour for me, to invite Her Majesty Queen Ramonda, daughter of Lumumba, sovereign ruler of the kingdom of Wakanda.' The doors opened and Queen Ramonda entered the room, cameras flashing. She sat down at the table, tall and stoic as ever.

'Mr. Chairperson,' one of the nation leaders spoke, 'I believe I speak for all of the member states here when I say that I am deeply disappointed in Wakanda's failure to stand by promises to participate in global efforts to tackle international challenges, to share resources, and full cooperation concerning vibranium.'

'La France dispose d'informations selon lesquelles le vibranium peut être utilisé pour fabriquer des armes de destruction massive (France has information that vibranium can be used to make weapons of mass destruction),' the French representer said. 'Il ne déclenche aucun détecteur de métaux connu. C'est une menace pour la sécurité mondiale et le régime de non-prolifération (It does not trigger any known metal detector. It is a threat to global security and the non-proliferation regime).'

'I now give the floor to Her Majesty, Queen Ramonda.' There was silence for a while before Ramonda spoke.

'It has always been our policy to never trade vibranium under any circumstances. Not because of the dangerous potential of vibranium, but because of the dangerous potential of you. You perform civility here, but we know what you whisper in your halls of leadership, and in your military facilities.' She leaned forward. 'The King is dead. The Black Panther is gone. They have lost their protector. Now is our time... to strike.'

Wakandan Outreach Centre. Ansongo. Mali.

The large door opened, leading into a yawning maw of blackness. The soldiers stared straight ahead into the darkness, holding their guns in defence, while other soldiers stood guard over the Wakandan scientists currently being held hostage. Out of the darkness, the familiar red and gold armour of the Dora Milaje, led by the general Okoye, entered the room. A woman behind the soldiers pulled out vibranium blades and stood, slicing off half of one of the soldiers' guns, and he spun around in surprise, but it was too late. The Dora took on the soldiers with ease, putting them down by electrifying them with their spears. When they finished off the soldiers, they heard a yell, and the cocking of a gun, but that cry was cut short by the sound of a sword entering someone. A laugh sounded, and the Dora turned to see a woman with a white suit and white wings, with black tips on the edges of the wings.

'You're late,' Ayo snarked. Adelaide made a face.

'I prefer fashionably late, Ayo.' She nodded to Okoye. 'General.'

'White Phoenix,' Okoye replied with a returning nod.
