 "Nope! You're too cute to be put down." I giggled slightly and lightly blushed as I saw April's face flush with anger and embarrassment.

I had to hold back my laughter. Though Jayden seemed to not have been affected, even smirking a tad, though I only went to see a gimps of the smirk as he soon turned his head from facing us to straight ahead

. He soon turned a corner and walked down a short hallway with three doors, one a bathroom, one a closet, and the last was his room. I was both excited and scared to see what the rest of the day had in store. As we entered his room - the door all the way at the end of the hallway- I took a moment to analyze my surroundings, both out of interest and in case I get a chance to run and need to hide again. 'Yeah cuz that worked out soo well last time.' I thought to myself with an annoyed eye roll.

I looked to the left and I saw what looked like a large sack (bean bag chair) . I would have to ask what that was in a bit. Directly across from that was a small coffee table that held what humans called "video games" and such, though I never understood the fun of looking a black screen and pressing buttons. Behind the table was a very messy looking bed -he was very much rushing when he got news from his brother that April and "another one" had run off and were loose- to the right of the bed was a desk with shelves that held nick-knacks and books, along with other teenage-boy things (action figures and posters of games) as well as a small metal trash can sitting next to it.

there was a laptop and a book on the desk, they were both closed. Directly to my right was a rather small closet, a short-haired rug was in between the desk and the closet. Dirty clothes littered the floor though there were only a few, it wasn't that messy but it wasn't "clean" by any means. I must have been staring at his room for too long (no shit I had to draw out a room to keep track of where everything is) because I was shaken from my trance as a large finger poked me in the stomach, attempting to get my attention. I was slightly startled by the giant finger, though I had no time to process this as I heard the booming voice of a human.

"Do you have a staring problem or what?" he chuckled at his joke as I blushed even more and looked to the side. "You can have the 'grand tour' later. It's like 6 in the morning. I'm going back to sleep." "No way!" April shouted in reply, "where would we sleep?!" she had a point, "even milo doesn't want to!" she looked at me expecting me to agree with her, which I did "y-yeah." I said in a rather quiet voice. My face was blushing from the idea of sleeping in the same bed as Jayden.

"Too bad. I'm tired. we're going to sleep." Jayden made his way over to his bed. "It's two against one!" April argued. "Yeah well I'm bigger and in charge. Therefore I make the rules. We sleep." he said leaving zero room for arguing. He slowly lowered himself into a lying position, being careful not to jostle us too much.

He pulled his blanket over his body and set us both down in his chest, the light was already off, and he was already in pajamas so nothing else needed to be done other than sleep. He put his hand over both of us, forcing us to lay down. I shivered a bit while April was content with the cold temperature.

"Are you cold?" he asked in a sweet tone, i responded with a small nod. He used his other hand and scooted me into the crook of his neck. Though I was as red as a tomato, I was quick to snuggle into him as I was unable to stop myself from absorbing all the heat I could get. 

Though I thought about attempting to run while he was asleep, I was too warm to leave. I looked to April to see if she had any ideas but I noticed she was dead asleep. I guess it was easier for her to fall asleep than it was for me, it always took me a while to sleep. Probably a byproduct of my already horrible sleep schedule from being a borrower, that had only been further worsened by....him. I shivered at the thought of him. I decided it would be best to stay on high alert, tonight at least.
