The scenario of him being  with  someone else made her traumatised. It's again and again coming in her brain making her mad continuously thinking about it.   She can't believe that person who used to claim to love her he is having an affair behind her and not only that even that lady is pregnant as well with his child.   These thoughts  only made her weak on her knees and she about to fell down when a pair of hand came forward to hold her.
