Jon, Garfield, and Odie were now in Level 2. Jon decided to check the tablet about Level 2. "It's going to be quite difficult to traverse through." Jon thought to himself, the floor was a very dark grey, looking like a maintenance tunnel, the walls aside the three were a line of pipes, and Jon even saw a ventilation duct, that dripped some black liquid, Jon recently learned that he was not to touch the liquid, as he would most likely suffer severe burns, Jon realized that way to escape Level 2 was to open a bunch of doors, or at least try, he knew that no-clipping was an option, but the problem was the could end up in Level "You Cheated" which he certainly didn't want to go into.

After that little thought, Jon decided to walk forward with Garfield and Odie following behind him, it was pretty claustrophobic and it certainly got on Jon's nerves, he opened any door that he could find in this place, and he also read that were entities in this level, so he was pretty vigilant about not being killed or eaten by them. In one of the doors, there was nothing but a bunch of old-looking computers and monitors that reminded Jon of the Windows '98 setup he owned a long time back. He felt nostalgic but the environment prevented him from fully reminiscing on his thought.

Jon, Garfield, and Odie continued walking across the dark corridors looking for doors to open, they found a door that was locked, one that led to several weapon caches with weapons that Jon realized were from the first world war, there was also a large artillery shell in the middle, Jon had a torch on him, and pointed it to see where he was going. Garfield could see well into the slight darkness but his pupils were slightly dilated like that time he wore Jon's contact lenses, they turned from another corridor to another.

Jon was about to turn another corner when a Smiler appeared, Jon in a little bit of panic turned off the torch, he was staring at the Smiler to ward it off hopefully. "Do you see that boys?" he asked them in a very hushed voice "That is a Smiler, now I will say this: Don't make a sound, we must go back without running away." Garfield and Odie understood the danger, and slowly backed away from the Smiler while staring at it.

As the three backed away to the pipes without making contact with them, as they feared they would touch the black liquid when they backed far away from the Smiler, it became disinterested and left, when Jon turned on his torch, it didn't come again, Jon breathed a sigh of relief, the three decided to walk again to where the Smiler blocked their path, there were still more corridors, but it was getting in quite warm, Jon realized that he was meant to find somewhere to avoid the heat, fortunately, there was a door and it was unlocked, Jon, Garfield, and Odie entered just before it got scorching.

As the three were waiting to get out, Garfield decided to view the loot, he found some food items in there like Lasgana and a bowl of cat food, Garfield ate the Lasagna whole with no issues whatsoever, Garfield soon ate the cat food, he enjoyed the taste of both. "Garfield, I think you have eaten enough Lasagna for today." Jon told him, and Garfield just stared back at Jon "... Unless it is the day after today, either way, you understand my point, right?" Jon added.

Odie was still chewing the bone, Jon got an idea, he took Odie's bone and snapped it in half, the snapped bones regrew to their original shape before they were snapped, Jon snapped one of the regrown bones again and now there were three bones, the three ate their bones. it was a miracle that Odie bought the rainbow bone when they were in Level 1, as now they couldn't starve, Jon's bine tasted of a regular breakfast he enjoyed eating, while Garfield's bone tasted of Lasagna, and everybody enjoyed crunching down on their bones.

After their little eating session, they checked the corridor for any signs that it was hot, the corridor's temperature returned to normal, and the three decided to continue walking hoping to find a way out of this place that they didn't want to get stuck in. Jon, Garfield, and Odie followed the pipes to more doors, they saw a ventilation duct that was dripping black liquid, the door was locked, so the three continued exploring the corridors, Jon felt a little nervous, not helping the fact that the Smiler earlier really shook him to the core, Jon tried to imagine this place as if he were Pacman, but it didn't help at all.
