I just got done with my physical therapy for the day and I'm seeing a lot of improvement. I can put more pressure on that foot, not up to running but soon. I walk around without the boot on and then it starts to hurt after a while. It's been hard to just sit and watch the game especially since we lost the last one. I'm with my guys through whatever though so I been there to support. It's 2-1 right now and they got a game in Houston. Of course I wanted to go but Vogel didn't want me missing my physical therapy so I'm supporting from home
"Hello" I say answering my phone without lookin at who it was cause I'm playin some my career
"Hey baby how do you feel" Victoria asks and I pause my game
"It's cool I just put my boot back on. Therapy was Ight it was harder than yesterday fasho" I say
"Did you take both of your medications" she asks
"Yes I took them" I say
"Are you lying" she asks
"No I'm for real" I say "don't be questioning me I'm grown" I say
"Who are you talkin to" she asks
"Victoria" I say
"Can't be but anyways I was just calling to check on you. I'm almost done here and I'll be home" she says
"Finally been gone all day" I say
"Aw she miss me y'all" she says to her hair stylists "I'll call you back when I finish. I love you" she says
"I love you too" I say and she hangs ups and I keep playing the game. After a game I get off and watch some anime before the game. I get myself a snack and go to the room. I take off my boot and grab some pillows to elevate my ankle. I grab my snack and turn on one piece. I feel myself woken up to my phone vibrating. I check it and see it's Victoria "wassup" I say
"I'm just getting to the car but what do you want? Or do you want to worry about it later" she asks
"Naw I'm hungry now but you wanna do like pizza" I ask
"Yeah that's fine you just gone have it delivered to the house" she asks
"Yeah imma just get what we normally get. You want anything else" I ask
"Get some of those cinnamon sticks because you know you gon want something sweet" she says
"I was gon do that anyway cause that's just how I am" I say and she laughs
"Ok I'll see you in a minute" she says
"Bet" I say hanging up and I order from our pizza spot. Once I get it ordered I see it's time for pre game. I find the channel it's on and see what they sayin about the game
"I got the Rockets tonight. I think that was the game they needed to win to get things going. The way the Lakers played the other night was inexcusable" Charles says
"Yea I mean they just looked completely out of sync out there. Bad passes, couldn't make any shots, and got out played. If they lose this game tonight, this is a brand new series" Kenny says and they nod their heads in agreement
"I think it..you know shows how much they miss the play of their young star, y/n y/l/n" Ernie says and that's why we fuck with Ernie "She's barely in the league and had already broken numerous records. First playoff game of her career and breaks the playoff debut scoring record. Was averaging almost a double double in her first playoff run after almost averaging a triple double in the regular season. I mean that's incredible and they're a completely different team when she does not play" he adds
