Zoë

Kelly and I are having a great time during lunch. We are just talking and laughing. I hadn't eaten very well before so the bottle of rosé hit harder than I wanted. "So how is Max with being alone with P?" "He is great with her, sometimes I even think she loves him more than me." Kelly laughs. "No he is a great dad to her." She starts glowing talking about him. "I almost don't dare to ask but do you want to have another child together?" She smiles faintly "I do and he surely does too, but I'm getting older and he still drives very competitive. So we're struggling with what the best time is to try." I take her hand. "You'll know when. I'm sure it will all be allright." Kelly goes to the toilet and I take out my phone. "Hey stranger." I hear a familiar voice coming from behind. I turn around and see Lando smiling at me. "Hey stranger." I say back and I stand up to hug him. "With who are you here?" "Kelly, I stay at Max's for the weekend. So I'll be watching the race as well." "Oh okay, well if you're tired of Max you can always call me and crash at my place." I laugh. "Thanks for the lovely offer." It's silent again. "I look forward seeing you race on Sunday, and seeing your other profession as a DJ apparently." He smiles and runs his hand through his hair. His shirt lifts a little, revealing his toned body. I try not to look but my eyes shoot to the little bit of skin and back to his eyes. He's looking really hot and it turns me on a little. "I look forward seeing you watch me." He says with a cheeky smile. Our eyes meet and my blood starts rushing to my cheeks. "Hey Lan!" Kelly comes back and he slowly looks at her. He sits down with us for a little. His knee is touching mine under the table and I feel the heat coming off of it. His hand lowers and I can feel his fingers touch the bare skin on my leg. It suddenly flashes in front of me. A part of our night together, the way he kissed my body. I bite my lip thinking of it. "Well I think I need to get going and I think you need a taxi." I suddenly hear him say. I don't want him to leave yet, I want to know more of our night. But it's too late. He hugs us goodbye and Kelly smirks at me. "I think we don't need to wait up for you to come home on Sunday." I push her a little.

We get back and I take a little nap. Tomorrow is media day and Kelly is going to bring me over as well. As a thanking for letting me stay I wanted to cook for them tonight. Max has given me everything there is to know concerning his diet so I can make him something. I decide to make a pasta. They really love it although Max was a little cranky all afternoon. I ask Kelly if she knows about what but she shrugs her shoulders. "Probably bad wifi connection for his online race tournament or something."

Max
Kelly took Zoë around Monaco today and they will come to track later. I have to film some promos in the meantime. I'm in line waiting for the media pen chatting with Charles about the season so far. We didn't really hit off when we were younger and I still wouldn't really say we're good friends, but we are very good colleagues. Lando joins the conversation. "Hey mate, I didn't know Zoë was joining this weekend!" I take a sharp breath in, my blood already starts boiling. "Ah she was so lovely in Bahrain, really nice girl to have around." I smile at Charles. "Yeah she is sometimes." I try to joke. "Hey do you know when she leaves again?" Lando asks me "Her flight is Monday afternoon I believe." I give him a small smile. Why the fuck am I lying about that?  I know she has a late night flight, I promised to bring her to the airport Monday evening. "Oh okay, are you okay with it if I ask her for lunch or a coffee or something on Monday?" His cheeks are a little flushed and he doesn't dare to look at me. Charles nudges him "Looks like someone has impressed you." He pushes him back. "She's more than just a hot body and cute face, we texted sometimes the past couple of months." I KNOW SHE IS MORE THAN THAT, STOP SAYING THINGS LIKE THAT LANDO. "I don't think you have to ask me to take her on a date, ask her instead." "Thanks mate." He pats me on the back and he flashes me with a genuine smile. We get called over to go into the media pen finally, I can't stand having this conversation any longer. In the middle of my interview her appearance catches my eye. Her smile draws all my attention to her and she looks this way as well. I follow her with my eyes. It's almost as if the world just stopped around me, all I can see is her. "Max?" I hear the interviewer and I quickly look back. "Sorry could you repeat the question?" "I understand, your beautiful girlfriend just walked in. So back to racing business." I take a quick glance when she walks past us. She smiles and makes a small wave. My heart is pounding and I can't concentrate on the interviews anymore. What is happening with me?
