After a 15 minute elevator ride which felt more like a public bus ride than anything, the doors slid open and people began to walk out in clumps. Y/N and Charlie held hands to stick together as they braved the mob of people and exited onto the Wrath Ring. The station looked relatively the same that it did on Pride, a few differences here and there to accommodate for the mass species here: imps. As soon as the couple were able to exit the building, that's where the differences began to come very apparent.

'Woah' Y/N thought as he gazed at the environment around him. Instead of the red hue he had grown accustomed to, the sky held values of brown and slight orange. The terrain was more mountainous and rugged, unlike the majority of the Pride Ring. To be fair, all Y/N had seen in the Pride Ring was a few cities here and there, but still the land around was extremely flat. So, this was a nice change of pace.

Y/N and Charlie walked around and eventually got out of all the traffic of demons leaving and entering the Elevator Station building. They stopped on the sidewalk to chat.

"So, where now?" Charlie asked, wondering what her husband's plan was now. In response, he pulled out his phone to look at the conversation he and Vox had.

"It's about eighty miles from here. We'll need to find a place to stay a few miles away from it, in case it's a trap or something" Y/N said, being strategic as he examined the location.

"Okay, I'm sure we can get a hotel somewhere. Assuming from what we've seen so far, it'll probably be a bed and breakfast, but maybe we haven't seen everything yet" Charlie said, looking at the town around her. It was very Wild West, with wooden buildings and barely paved roads. There were some uses of brick and other more city-esque materials and sights, but very few of them. Charlie however didn't want to assume, as that's not who she was.

"Okay, I'll guess we'll get a taxi or something and then-" Y/N began, but in the middle of his brainstorming getting interrupted by a southern woman.

"Y/N?" The woman had said, recognizing Y/N from a few feet away. The corrupted demon turned to see it was one of his accomplices from not too long ago: Millie from I.M.P.

"Oh, hey Millie!" Y/N said, surprised to see her here. He thought he would never see any of that crew again. He wasn't put off by her sudden appearance, he enjoyed his time with them. It was unexpected nevertheless.

"Hey Y/N, what are you doing all the way down here?" She said in her usual drawl. Her eyes went over and saw Charlie. "Oh, hello, your highness" she said, a little intimidated, bowing slightly. This was the first time meeting someone in the Hell hierarchy beyond Ars Goetia.

"Oh, it's okay, you don't need to do that" Charlie said, a little flustered. She didn't like the whole hierarchy thing, and tried to remove herself from being such a "higher class bitch" as Husk would call them. Millie stopped, and looked at the two, and then it clicked.

"Wait, you're with her?!" Millie said shocked, realizing the connection between a past partner with a chaotic monster within and the princess of Hell.

"Uh, yeah. She's my wife" Y/N said, feeling a bit awkward. He felt Charlie's eyes like daggers.

"How cute! Didn't know you shacked up with a big one" Millie said, nudging Y/N.

"I'm sorry, but how do you two know each other?" Charlie asked, wondering where Y/N could've met anyone besides the hotel, since any other time he was out, it was most likely in his corrupted form.

"Oh, I'm Millie. I work at I.M.P. Y/N helped us out a little bit ago with a job" she explained, alleviating Charlie's suspicions, and Y/N's stress.

"Oh, why didn't you say that?" She said, nudging Y/N. "I'm glad you helped him out with whatever job you two were on" she said, understanding the situation better.
