To swallow me whole.
This turmoil that resides deep in my heart,
Is it just me?
'Cause I've been feeling these feelings,
To belong where I don't belong
To see where I can't see
And to love where I'm not loved.
Is it just me?
The earth abandons me,
I levitate and the air rejects me,
I drink but I'm never full,
In me is rage but no fire.
Is it just me?
I'm desolate,
Like a desert with no oasis.
I fight yet there's more battles
I pray yet pestilence stalk me,
Is it just me?
