What followed that declaration could only be labeled as chaos of the highest order. Narcissa went out to Diagon Alley to purchase only a few sets of clothes because she would take him out once he was healed so that he could pick what he liked, Lucius went to Gringotts with a written letter of permission from Harry so he could deal with all of the legal business involved. 

Severus escaped to his lab with a copy of his medical report which was longer than any of them had ever seen and started brewing many potions to heal him and help him recover from the brutal treatment that he endured. While he also started researching to make a potion that would reverse the severe malnutrition and hopefully increase his height, The Dark Lord took Harry to Slytherin Castle which had been cleaned by the elves upon his resurrection. 

The Dark Lord had not used it yet since he was still trying to organize everything that happened after his downfall but it had the best wards and the highest security which is why he took Harry here. When they entered the family wing of the castle, Marvolo, as the Dark Lord requested to be called, told him to pick out a room that he could customize to his liking once Narcissa had retrieved the many owl order catalogues that she no doubt would pick up.

Harry ended up picking a bedroom with a connected en-suite near the family library that connected to two extra rooms, for what purpose Marvolo didn't know, but Harry seemed content with his choice so he left him to it. The Dark Lord then asked him for the diary and explained that he would be doing a ritual to return the soul pieces and with it the remainder of his sanity. After promising to come talk more extensively once he had reabsorbed all of his horcruxes and collecting the diary from Harry, Voldemort quickly left before his clear mind descended back into insanity. He informed Harry before he closed the door that Severus, Lucius and Narcissa would be by to see him frequently until the ritual could take place.

As Harry sat on his new bed and looked at the three original scrolls surrounding him, he pulled out some parchment which he had found in the desk that was pushed into the corner and started to figure out what he wanted to do. Considering he now had to stay alive for 2 years which he didn't know how to feel about, he was also still processing the fact that his supposed enemies were offering him a chance to live. No fame, no barely surviving, no expectations, he liked that idea. Marvolo also said he could find out who he wanted to be and he could stop being Harry Potter if he wanted, which definitely looked appealing, he looked down at the papers and read them again.
