My breathing shoots through my nose like fire as I try to control my wheezing. I haven't been hit this hard during a workout in a while, and I thought my body would have been used to it, but I was wrong. I have to keep taking multiple breaks after each sparring. Anyone looking on could tell that I'm not used to sparring quite like this.

Asher, it seems, thrives on sparring, and seems extra chipper this morning. He can't seem to stand still. His feet are constantly moving, even as I'm wheezing for my life. He hasn't said anything about it though, but that's probably because he hasn't won a set yet this morning, even though it's barely been half an hour since I found him already in the gym. I wasn't sure if he was waiting to see if I would show up, or if he was here all night, but I didn't ask. I just got right into it after he asked me if I'd like to spar.
