Chapter {1}

"Nicole!" I screamed jumping on her back laughing.

She laughed and shoved me off her back.
"What do you want Kenzie?" She asked sarcastically.

"Soooo how are you and Justin?" I said wiggling my eyebrows suggestively at the mention of her long time crush.

"Kenzie!" She said pinching me. I never knew why but she was more into pinching and I was the smacker in our friendship.

"Fine don't tell me. But right now we're going to McDonald's and you're going to buy my a medium mocha frappé and then I'll be happy." I said giving her a cheeky grin as we continued to walk down town towards Mcdonalds on the side walk.

I wasn't really a Starbucks kinda girl. More into the frappé scene.
Does that even make sense?
Probably not.

"Come onnnnnnn!" I whined dragging Nicole almost inside McDonald's.

"I'm coming jesus." she muttered.

"I heard that."

I walked up to the counter and ordered and paid and all that jazz.

Me and Nicole sat down at a booth and drank our coffees.

"So since we just moved are you excited to meet boys?" She asked whisper shouting with the dumbest grin sprawled on her face.

"Nah. You know how I am." I replied smirking.

She gave me a knowing grin and hit my arm.

Let me explain.

Me and my bestfriend Nicole just moved here to California from.....Virginia cause it sucks.

And plus we make YouTube videos and we wanted to be closer to some of the other YouTubers.

"Hellooooo?" Nicole said snapping me out of my trance.

"What were you saying?"

"Ok fine but this is the last time I'm repeating what I said Kenzie. So again, do you wanna make a video when we get back to the apartment?"

"Oh yea sure." I said looking away and out the window

"What's up? You're a bit off today." she said peering at me.

"Oh nothing you know just the moving jitters."

"Whatever you say I know you're lying and one day I will find out why." she said giving me a creepy smile earning a laugh from me.

"Who's that?" Nicole said pointing at two random people in Walmart.

"I don't know."

What they were doing was pretty funny though.
The blonde one following around this other guy playing this weird song.

While the brown headed one filmed it. And watched as the very fat people got mad. It was quite entertaining.

They looked about age which was only 18.

We kept watching them and surprisingly the people around them weren't really paying attention. Except the people who are being followed around of course.

Finally they stopped filming and I walked over to the brown headed one.

"That's actually really funny.." I said taking him by suprise.

"Well I'm glad you think so."

"One question." I said looking up to his eyes.

Oh my god I hadn't noticed his eyes were the most gorgeous shade of green blue.

"What is it?"

"What are you filming this for?" I asked looking at the other one who was now talking to the store manager.

"I'm Colby and over there is my best friend Sam. We film vines and make people laugh." He said smiling at his friend who was currently being kicked out of Walmart.

"Oh so you guys are vine famous?" I asked looking back at him.

He smiled looking at me.

"Yea I guess you could say that. What about you? You do anything special?" He asked looking back at Sam who was still arguing with the store manager.

"Me and my bestfriend Nicole shoot YouTube videos." I said pointing back at Nicole who was fiddling with her nails and looking at Sam.

"You guys get a lot of views and stuff?"

"Yea I mean we have about 800,000 subscribers so we're not that big but bigger than most I guess." I said while silently chuckling at the sight of Nicole trying to indescretley check out Sam but failing.

"Well I have to go." I said turning on my heel back toward Nicole.

"Wait I never caught your name." he said grabbing my shoulder sending a tingling sensation down my right arm through my fingertips.

I turned back and looked at him one last time before smiling and saying "Kenzie Taylor."

And with that I walked over to Nicole and we walked out.

And I just wanted to let you know that I will not be doing Authors notes every chapter unless its important like giving you information about different things which won't be a lot. Cause I know how annoying it can be to have to skip it every single chapter.
