Again I woke up in my bed.

"DANGIT!" I screamed as I threw my pillow across the room.

"False awakening." I muttered under my breath as I kicked the comforter off of my legs.

So none of that happened. I'm seeing my dad again. Colby was never here.

But it all felt so real I could have sworn it wasn't a stupid dream.

"Kenzie." I heard someone whisper. But I didn't sound like it was in the house. More like inside of my head.

"Kenzie." I heard it whisper again. It sounded like it was from such a far distance.

"Wake up....please." it whispered again. Wake up? Okay it's official I'm going mentally insane.

"We need you here." it whispered once more.

I felt as if my head was going to explode. My head pounded and my heart throbbed from my chest.

My eyes went wide as I was still standing in front of my bed.

I felt compelled to walk towards the stairs. I did as my feet met the cold wooden floor.

Step by step feeling sleepier as I went. On the inside the voice in my head was screaming no.

But the other unknown voice was telling me to keep going.

I took my first step down the wooden steps creeping softly and slowly as I went.

My short-ish hair getting in my face in thick strands, blocking my ability to see. My bare foot caught on the back of my ankle causing me stumble down the steps and face plant.

I muttered unrecognizable words picking myself up off the cold floor.

I looked around and it was pitch black everywhere. I hated the dark more than life itself. I even still to this day have to sleep with my closet light to illuminate the room.

I decided to turn all the lights on and get on with my day.

Before doing anything else making sure to pinch myself to make sure I'm not dreaming again.

I stepped up back the stairs fumbling over my own feet. Grabbing my phone and checking the time.

Merely 6 o' clock in the morning.

Yay. I decided to take a shower clear my mind of all of the weird thoughts filling my mind.

I hated being confused or in any way disoriented. Slipping out of the shower I decided I was way too lazy to dry my hair so I just put it up in a towel instead.

Putting on my normal skinny jeans even though it was summer I don't care.

Putting on a rand Black Veil Brides t-shirt.

I went down stairs. Well more like face planted down the stairs, again.

I quickly looked over to my phone the was a few inches away from me.

I propped up on my elbows and examined my phone.
Cracks everywhere.

I tried pushing as many buttons to get it to work. But nothing seemed to work out.

Well this day just keeps getting better and better.

I stood up setting my phone on the counter and dusting myself off. When I heard the door bell ring.
