Majorine's POV
—————————————I tapped my foot impatiently as I waited for Clyde outside of the entrance of the school. It was nice warm Saturday night, kinda. There was still snow here and there but still.
(Hey! This is the author, giving a desc of what Majorine looks like, as usual. But instead I put a picture, yes I know it's bad. Don't rub it in. Just skip this part if you want to.
I forgot to put her scar, but pretend that's there, and pretend her outfit is a little more Christmasish I guess, pls. Okay that's all, thanks for listening.)
"Mage-or-ine!"
I look at the source of the sound, and as you expected, it was Clyde. He was practically panting from all the running to the school. Also, he kind of pronounced my name wrong.
Since the theme for the Winter Formal this year was tuxedos for the boys, he was wearing a dark red tuxedo top with green sparkles, a blue sweater and blue baggy jeans.
"Sorry if you expecting something more big in my upper area.." I say apologetically. He examines me up and down, then stares at me with a dumbfounded look.
His eyes widen when he realized what I meant, his face starting to turn a bit red. Clyde just gives me a thumbs-up and a shy grin. I kind of get him, I wouldn't be able to think of anything nice to say that wouldn't make me look weird if someone said that to me.
Clyde extended his hand out to me, and I grasped it like he wanted. He trailed behind me as we walked toward the school gym. I could already hear the obnoxiously loud music from all the way from the neighborhood. Are they trying to blow our brains out our ears or something?
Clyde and I didn't say anything to each other until we reached the entrance of the gym. "If you don't mind, can we meet up with my friends first?" Clyde asked. "Sure."
We halted in front, Clyde took out his phone. Most likely to inform his friends he was here. Maybe. I tried not to seem nosy by looking at other places than him.
"Okay, let's go."
He pulled me in the crowd. Good hamburgers, people can barely fit in this place! I tried to keep my grip on Clyde's hand as we squeezed through the crowd. And finally, in the corner of the gym, was Craig's group. Clyde waves to them and they waved back, though they were quite surprised to me as his so called date.
"The gym is so dense! Gah! We're going to get squashed in here!" Tweek yelled, practically pulling his hair. Craig put his arm around him, trying to calm him down.
I glance on the left side of the group, just to see a lonely Jimmy. "Jimmy, what happened to your d-?" But before Clyde could finish, Craig answered for him. "His date ditched him."
Jimmy had a salty look. Token attempts to brighten up his mood a bit. "Hey, you don't need a girl to have a fun night. You could just hang with us." Nicole nods and beams at him to also try to reassure him.
