Hongjoong slowly opened his eyes to see the bright desert sun shining through the windows. He sat up in the bed, stretched his arms, and yawned. He looked around the room. The others were already up. They were gathered around Wooyoung and San's bed. Hongjoong walked over to the crowd.
"What's going on?" He asked quietly.
Seonghwa pointed to Wooyoung and San. They were both fast asleep, their arms tightly wrapped around each other. Jongho gently pulled the covers off of them. San's legs were tightly wrapped around Wooyoung.
"Wow. Now THAT'S what I call 'sharing a bed.'" Yeosang whispered.
Suddenly, Wooyoung and San opened their eyes.
"Mmh...what are you all staring at?" San asked quietly.
"Mmm...nothing much." Jongho said playfully.
The others struggled to contain their laughter at Jongho's response. Wooyoung and San looked at each other's legs, then they started to laugh with them.
"Ha! I guess this isn't something you see everyday!" Wooyoung said.
After laughing for a moment, Wooyoung and San got out of bed.
"So..." San said sleepily, "Where are we headed?"
"We're going to the ocean." Hongjoong said, "It's marked off on the map, so that's where the last two boys are."
"Wait a minute." Yeosang said, "The ocean is really far from here. We need to prepare first! Starting with...Seonghwa's clothes."
Seonghwa looked down at his clothes, then he realized what Yeosang meant. He couldn't travel across the desert and cross the ocean in a military uniform.
"Don't worry Seonghwa!" Yeosang said as he put his hand on Seonghwa's shoulder, "There's a clothing store in town. We can get you something there!"
Seonghwa smiled. He wanted to see what he could buy. The six of them set off to the city.
At The City...
The six boys were in the city known as Dune City. The city was scenic and the buildings were all the color of the sand and clay. Hongjoong had never seen anything like it before. After they reached the clothing store, Seonghwa started browsing through the different types of clothes. After some searching and trying on clothes, he finally found something that he liked. He stepped out of the dressing room wearing a dark beige jacket with a denim vest and a white shirt underneath and beige jeans.
"It fits perfectly!" He said, "Now I'm ready to travel!"
The others smiled at his enthusiasm. They were all excited for the long journey ahead of them.
"Wait...how are we going to get to the ocean?" Jongho asked.
"We'll use the Desert Racers!" San said, "After all, they can go virtually anywhere!"
Hongjoong pulled the map out of his bag. The desert and the ocean were practically on opposite sides of the map.
"Okay! Let's go while we still have daylight!" Hongjoong said.
Later...
The six boys were driving across the vast terrain on their Desert Racers. Hongjoong was tightly holding onto Seonghwa's waist.
"I think I've gotten the hang of driving these things!" Seonghwa said happily, "So, what's the plan so far?"
"Well, we can't make it to the ocean in one day, so I was thinking we could camp out for one day, but we'll try to make it as far as possible today, so we can travel across the ocean in the daylight." Hongjoong said.
