The music blaring into jimin's ears disconnected him from the reality of people hustling by, students coming in and out of the Seoul National University. The familiar streets, the buildings, the familiar faces of the people were among the many things he missed dearly. But not like how he missed jungkook. He's still trying to fill that empty space in his heart that was previously occupied by jungkook. Maybe jungkook never left his heart , and maybe that is why he could not fill that space. He remembers everything like it happened yesterday, those cuts still afresh in his mind.

Forever didn't last, at least not for jimin and jungkook's bond. ' I'll find my way back to you' He let out a small sarcastic laugh thinking about it. For now all he hopes for is not to cross paths with jungkook, as Seoul is a small City and it was almost possible to cross paths one day. Even though he still hopes jungkook won't recognize him. He could bear everything but jungkook's voice. He hated him. Although he knew hatred grows out of love. Maybe there was still a part of him that yearns for jungkook's touch but he managed to suppress it through his hatred of him.

He was so engrossed in his thoughts that he lost track of time and space. Jimin bumped into a buff strongly built man, and dropped his belongings to the ground.

"So sorry, I didn't see you coming" mumbled jimin. He reached out to pick up his belongings on the ground, and locked eyes with the man who he bumped into. Jimin felt as if he has been struck by lightning. "Jimin" a soft voice called out. How dearly he has missed that voice. "jungkook" jimin almost lost his voice somewhere.

Those big doe eyes, fluffy hair, soft pink lips, that face, nothing almost changed but now jungkook was more well built. Jimin's mind and heart was racing so fast he was rooted to his spot.

"Babe" a soft deep voice called out from their back. Jimin was pulled back from his trance. He turned his eyes to yugeom now standing beside jungkook.

"What took you so long?" Yugeom enquired. " Nothing , I just bumped into him" jungkook pointed to jimin.
Yugeom eyed him skeptically. "Yeah okay let's go babe" yugeom said loud enough for jimin to hear.

Jungkook couldn't stop staring at him. For a moment jimin wondered if those eyes carry hate towards him. Jimin tore his gaze away. A wound he was trying to seal for years has been ripped open and he wasn't sure if he could ever heal it. His eyes now fell upon the duo , now holding hands and jungkook smiling ear to ear. He wondered if he had been this happy since he was gone. Then he walked away from them. Something he had done before too.

But destiny brought them back to cross their paths again. Was this a sign? No. Jimin thought. He has enough self respect to reached out to jungkook and want their friendship or whatever they had back. He couldn't even face him now. 'I just hope I don't see him often in the uni' jimin thought to himself.

'i don't want the same thing to happen again and again. This time I won't let myself be hurt and most definitely will stay out of his sight. Although he probably hates me now' with that jimin took a deep breath and went ahead to the hall.
