Jimin's pov

I woke up somewhere around 7 am. The sunshine fell on my face through the window blinds beside the bed. Suddenly I felt a hand wrapped around me. I turned to the other side of the bed to find jungkook sleeping soundly.

He must've brought me home last night. I don't even remember it, I just completely blacked out yesterday. I looked at his flawless face, fluffy cheeks and morning mess of his hair.

I tucked the few strands of hair that covered his face behind his ears. Seeing his face makes me feel at peace nowadays. His lips were in a pout. He looks exactly like a child sleeping. I caught myself smiling on the boy in front of me.

Then flashes of what happened yesterday crept into my mind. How jungkook and yugeom were doing things, me running away, getting caught in the rain and meeting Taehyung and drinking the night away.

I last thing I remember was jungkook putting me on the bed and him kissing me. I was too drunk and blacked out back then. I've seen him in my dreams so often that this seemed impossible to happen in this reality that I live in. So I will think of it as a dream and if he asks me anything I will tell the same.

I tried thinking about other things to clear my mind and get over that kiss but it wouldn't help. The way his lips touched mine , delicately, and kissed the bittersweet alcohol on my lips. It felt dizzy and sweet. I wanted more. I needed more.

I took another glance at him and got off the bed. It hurted physically , I could never get over the desire that I feel for him. It probably meant nothing. He would never have feelings for me.

If he ever had something for me he would have had it long ago. After all these years how could I expect a change in heart. He has a relationship to maintain, a person to take care of. I couldn't be a obstacle in his life. Being a part of his life is enough. I can't mess things up more.

His phone started ringing on the table next to the bed. He woke up to the sound and reached for the phone and reluctantly picked up, still lying on the bed face down. I quickly ran to the bathroom and locked the door, not wanting to face him anymore. Besides I got classes to attend today, so it was almost time to go to the University.

I was curious who he was on the phone with. I knew eavesdropping was bad but I couldn't help listening by the door of the bathroom.

"Sorry sorry"

"I'm in the park right now. I went out for a walk. Don't worry I would be home soon. Bye."

It didn't took me long enough to realize that it was yugeom. Jungkook would get into trouble if yugeom sees him here.

I took a quick shower and came out of the bathroom, to find jungkook still sitting on the bed. He was zoned out, as if he got lost somewhere.

" Thingking hard? "

"Yeah- uh no" he was startled, "why did you shower so early? Going somewhere?"

" I'm heading to the university, got classes to attend."

"I could drop you there" he offered, looking at me expectedly.

"What if your boyfriend gets mad at me?" I mocked him in a girly voice.

"I'm entering through the back door, you be ready , I'm dropping you off" he rolled his eyes at me and smirked before leaving the room.

I got ready quickly and hurried out the room, feeling too giddy today.
I headed downstairs where yugeom was already making something in the kitchen. I went past him and opened the fridge and found nothing decent to eat expect the leftovers of last night. I lost my appetite just looking at the food.

Just then I heard the back door open, and I swear to God yugeom just let out the loudest scream in the world and ran to him , throwing him into a hug.
I side eyed them , not taking any of this today.

"Baby where were you ?" Yugeom pouted and hugged him tighter.

"Uh- I just went for a little walk, there's nothing serious calm down" jungkook said, breaking the hug.

"Oh! Okay fine. Now that you're here let's eat" yugeom pointed the dining table set for two people , and I immediately knew I would be attending class hungry today.

Jungkook glanced over the food and grabbed two of his sandwiches.
"Thanks for the food babe." He placed a quick peck of yugeom's cheek and pulled me by my hand. I felt Yugeom's eyes on our hands as he stood beside the table and I , at once pulled my hand from his hold.

"I'm going to the uni today, I have unfinished assignments to work on. As for him-" jungkook said pointing towards me , "I'm dropping him off there since he has classes too."

"But I made breakfast for you" yugeom whined.

"I know babe" jungkook placed another peck on his lips and I felt another pang of hurt in my chest.

"I'll take you to dinner tonight" jungkook said, giving him a smile and hurrying out of there. I followed behind him to his car.

"Here" he said handing me one of his sandwiches, " It's just one still you shouldn't attend classes hungry. Eat something filling after class, okay?"

He looked at me softly and ruffled my hair, bending down a little to meet my eyes.

"I will, gguk" I took the sandwich from his hand, and took a bite from it.
"Mm , you're boyfriend's quite a cook. You're lucky you won't starve unlike me"

" Maybe but you're luckier to have me" he pulled a proud face and puffed his chest.

"Why's that? "

"Because-" he paused for a while before pulling a 'not telling you huh' face. I rolled my eyes at him and got in the car.

Jungkook's pov

It was almost lunch time and I was done with most of my assignments. I checked the time on my watch. It was 2 o' clock. I think jimin is done with his classes by now. I thought of having lunch with him so I decided to wait for him for awhile.

After almost 15 minutes of waiting I saw jimin in the campus, and wait, who's there with him? On a closer look I recognized the guy , he's the one who dropped jimin off yesterday night. They were laughing , hitting each other softly and chatting over something. I wanted to have lunch with jimin but I guess he's busy. I shouldn't bother him, right? But deep down I felt jealous? Curious? Who's this guy? Why's he here NOW ?

Right then, I got a text from yugeom saying 'meet me for lunch at restaurant 'hybe' , I'm waiting for you. I'll send you the location :)'
I typed a 'ok I'm coming' quickly and drove off.
