I was working peacefully on my desk when jisoo came.
I smiled looking at her.

Jisoo: hii!

Y/n: hii.

Jisoo: how was the party yesterday?

Y/n: boring as hell.

Jisoo: why?

Y/n: i was just walking behind mr jeon the whole time while he was talking with people.

Jisoo: I thought parties are fun.

Y/n: they are but not business party.

Jisoo: leave it....i have a very important thing to ask you.

Y/n: what?

Jisoo: i heard this rumor that there was Mr jeon's girlfriend in party.

Y/n: w_what?

I looked at her shocked.
How did she know?

Jisoo: yes i heard from someone that there was Mr jeon's girlfriend also present in the party. I know it's shocking i was shocked too when i heard that Mr jeon have a girlfriend i never expected this but this is a big news.

I remembered the scene from the party.
How did this spread so fast?
What is he get angry on me after hearing all this rumors.
I am doomed.

Jisoo: did you she her yesterday?

Y/n: w_what? Me?

Jisoo: yes you were there too weren't you so did you see her there.

I laughed as natural as i can but i know it was miserable.

Y/n: what are you talking about? You believe these nonsense rumors. These are just false rumours.

Jisoo: yeah i think so and you are right I never heard about it before.

Y/n: yes these are just rumors.

I tried my best as i can to convince her so that she forget about this topic.

Jisoo: but if you are trying to hide it from me.

She said while eyeing me suspiciously.
I just laughed awkwardly.

Jisoo: cause he might have ordered you.

Y/n: no no i am telling you the truth.

She just eyed me making me hella nervous.

Jisoo: really?

Y/n: If you think about it how can someone like mr jeon date which girl in the world would date a person like mr jeon he is so cold and rude and rarely smiles and i don't think he had ever dated in his life. If i was in place than i would rather got hit than dating him.

I tried to convince her and laughed.

Jisoo: yeah if we look at it that way it might be possible he is tha.......Mr jeon.

I frozed at my spot hearing his name. He is behind me from when.
Did he heard what i just said about him.
He will kill of he get to know about all the rumors.

Jisoo bowed and  i got up and turned around and see him walking toward me.
Did he heard everything?
My heart was about to explode as he was walking closer and closer.

Y/n: me too.

Jisoo: gosh i should go now.

Y/n: yes you should go now.

Jisoo: okay see you at lunch break.

Y/n: okay bye .

And she left.
I sat down on my seat and sighed.

Then i went to canteen to get coffee for jungkook.

I sat down on my chair in my cabin.
I sighed in frustration.

Jk:What does she think of me?

I am rude and cold?
How can she talk like that behind my back with her friends.
I heard everything she was saying about me.

Jk: rather got hit than dating me huh? Does she think this low of me that she would rather get hit than dating me.

I was very angry right now.
How can she think like that about me.
I am jeon jungkook the ceo of this company and she work under me and she don't have any right to talk that about me behind me back.

Why i am so upset about what she said about me.
I never cared who is what talking about me.
I have heard this a lot but why does it affecting me so much.

She put the coffee cup in front of me.

Y/n: Mr jeon your schedule for today is ready.

I hummed for her to continue.

Y/n: you have a lunch meeting at a restaurant and a survey at sales department and some files to check and sign and that's it for today.

I nodded and she bowed and started to walk out of cabin when i stopped her and a idea popped in my head.

Jk: miss kim?

Y/n: yes.

Jk: for the project with Lee i need you check all the previous project we had done with them and you will the incharge for it.

Y/n: me!!?

She was shocked just the same expression i expected.

Jk: yes any problem?

Y/n:  uhh no but i mean ...... Its a very big responsibility and i am new and don't have any experience about it.

Jk: so what? You try everything for the first time in your life.

Y/n: yes sir but i....

Jk: no more talks just go and work on it.

I heard her sighing.

Y/n: yes..sir.

She bowed and left.
I smirked to myself.
I know that how important this project it and how much big responsibility it is for a newby.

And i know if she made any mistake it will directly affect her career.
But let's she what she can do and it will be kinda of revenge.
I smiled in satisfaction after seeing her stressed and all frustrated
