ACCIDENT

Y/n pov

I entered inside Jungkook's office with his coffee as usual .
I put the cup on the table and bowed.

Y/n: you have a meeting with Mr Lee for new project and  at evening you have to visit the construction site of new company.

Jk: okay did you completed the project for today's meeting.

I smiled proudly.

Y/n: yes sir i completed it.

Jk: let's see what u have done?

He was staring at me and i stared back with confidence.
I feel like he was challenging me again and i am not a person who is afraid of challenges.
And i am going to win this challenge.

Jk: okay then you can go.

I nodded and made my way back outside to my table.
I triedly sit down on the chair.

Y/n: ahh my back.

Honestly i am in a very bad shape.
I didn't had proper sleep from last week and didn't even had my meals properly cause of this project.

I need a holidays to rest and i am very sleepy.
I just need a good sleep.
I was working day and night on this night.
I never worked this much my whole life.

After sometime....

Me and Jungkook walked in the meeting room.
Everyone stood up and bowed to him.
Jimin smiled at me and waved i waved back.
Taehyung was also there he smiled at me and I smiled.

We sat down on our seat.
I was sitting beside jungkook and i front of taehyung.

The meeting started and it was my time to show the project to everyone.
I was feeling nervous so i took deep breath and stood up.

I walked in front and looked at everyone present before starting.
I connected my laptop with the projector.

Y/n: good morning i am going to represent the new product of jeon company with Lee company.

I turned around at the front and start explaining.

Y/n: to make it more presentable i added some creative changes. I changed the appearance.

I showed it on the screen.

Y/n: i am new but i studied a lot and gathered all the information and i found out that all the product that has been successfully so far have something common in them.

Everyone was silent and were expressionless so it made me little anxious but i continued.

Y/n: they all have bright and creative appearance so i made it little bright not so bright and added brief explanation as much as i can i highlighted all the best points of our product and to make it more visible to people i made it a little different.

Everyone was listening very carefully and it made me confident.
So i explained further.

I took me 30 minutes to complete all of it.
I tried my best to explain everything in detail.

Jungkook was looking at me with his poker face.
I completed and bowed at last.
Suddenly i heard the sound of clapping and i looked at front to see everyone clapping except jungkook.

Mr Lee: i knew it that you wouldn't let us down i was very impressed by you at our last meeting. I really liked your ideas and i am sure it will bring us a lot of profit.

I smiled and bowed.

Y/n: thankyou.

Mr Lee: so Mr jeon i think we are finalizing this one.

Jk: we are fine with it.
Jungkook said simply.

Mr Lee: i cant wait to launch this in market.

I was very happy.
Looks like my all hardwork payed off.

Everyone start leaving and before leaving jimin and taehyung came to me.

Jimin: wow you are amazing.

Tae: yeah you are truly something else.

Y/n: thank you.

Tae: you are very good just for a newby.

Jimin: it was very nice idea and i am sure it will be a blast isn't it jungkook.

I looked at jungkook who was sitting on the chair.
He was not looking so pleased.

Jk: it was fine.

Jimin: just rude as always.

I smiled and looked jungkook who was already staring at me.

At evening....

Jungkook pov...

I was now at the construction site for routine check.
It is all going fine.

Suddenly my eyes fell on y/n who was giving juice to workers with smile.
She is something else anyone can clearly see how tired she is but still she is doing her work with smile.

Her presentation was amazing and i didn't expect it.
I was staring at her the whole time in the meeting that i didn't paid that much attention.
But she was awesome.

Suddenly someone came to me.

Employee: mr jeon we need your sign in this.

I nodded and checked the file.
I was reading when i heard the some loud noise.

I looked at the front and see everyone around me looking at y/n.
I looked up and see a big iron rod is almost about to fall on her.
Suddenly i felt scared and ran to her.

Jk: miss kim!! Behind!!

I yelled she looked at me and then at her behind but she didn't moved a inch.
She was looking at the rod but didn't move at all.

Just when the rod was about to fall on her i pulled her toward me.
Me and her fell down and the floor.
She was above me and her face was on my chest.
My arms were around her.
People gather around us.

Jk: thank god.

My heart was beating like crazy like it was about to blast.
I don't know why i was so scared.
I felt no movement from y/n her face was still on my chest.

Jk: y/n! Y/n!

She didn't replied so i hold her face and find her blacked out.

Jk: y/n!! Open your eyes!!.
