(Y/n)'s POV
* beep beep beep
The alarm clock went off waking me up from a dream.
Now it's a nightmare.
School.
Well my first day at a new school. I hate moving.
Me and my family have moved about five times throughout my 16 year old life.
I miss my best friend.
No, not friends just one best friend.
His name is Gabe Helmy.
I miss him so much. I want him back with me. He was the best friend I've ever had.
"(Y/N)!" my Mum snapped me out of my thoughts.
"Yes, Mum?" I questioned.
"Get ready for school!! You don't want to be late!!" my Mum said.
I looked down at my clothes.
Without replying I quickly got dressed, put some makeup on, etc.
Looking at the time I ran down the stairs and grabbed a energy bar.
"Uggh (Y/N) just leave already!"
"Why so you can go drink and bring the first guy you see home?" you replied instantly regretting it.
Your Mum just looked at you before saying...
"Get out of this house and go to school."
'I knew I shouldn't have done that!'
You eternally screamed at yourself.
Your Mum has been a wreck ever since Dad left her..and you. That was also around the same time you lost your best friend, Gabe. Gabe Helmy to be exact.
He didn't die, he just moved away. He didn't tell you where he moved to.
Again you were lost in your thoughts and a stranger bumped into you. Without looking at them you whispered and slight sorry.
"(Y/N)?" the stranger said.
That voice sounded so familiar.
You sharply turned around and gasped when you saw him. It was Gabe.
"G-Gabe?" you stuttered out.
He picked you up and spinned you around with joy.
"I can't believe I've found you again! You're here, actually here with me!" He exclaimed.
You just looked at him before replying back with tears stinging your eyes...
"Gabe. I missed you so much."
Eventually you were full on sobbing and hugging him.
