I got on my uniform and followed C-MS groggily to the training hall

We met up with the Soviets in our echelon throwing up at Commander Heiden's feet. They look like they had a really bad hangover.

Commander Heiden passed us a schedule of the training we will be going through.

Damn, this is just like school.

It wasn't long before we headed to our first session, which was Strategy.

We lined up with another 3 other Echelons.

[Instructor]: "Welcome, to the first period, We'll dedicate most of our time today on combat reports. The rest will be dedicated on how we strategy our attacks"

The instructor says as she passes out each T-Doll a blue folder, with paper in them.

I got mine, and I grabbed the two pieces of paper that were inside, one of them with a pentagon, another with a worded version of the first.

The pentagon held 5 points, Rate of Fire, Health, Damage, Evasion and Accuracy.

[Instructor]: "I'm sure you've noticed the pentagons and lines by now. The lines determine your effectiveness in this field. In layman's terms, if your lines are generally lower, that means you are below average in this field, and your training will be further adjusted with aims to improve those fields. If it's approximately in the middle, you are average. And so on. This is extremely simple and I do not wish to be asked to explain again."

Murmurs.

I looked back down at my report to see that I was pretty much mediocre. Considering that I almost defeated an entire echelon during the echelon, I would expect myself to be above average.

I guess FPS tactics really help.

[Instructor]: "Your statistics may seem to be extremely low, but there's no need to panic. Our database also includes stats from veterans, so don't feel too down about it. Now take the rest of the time to read the written reports"

I did as I was told and I fetched the second paper.

There were a crap ton of words.

[Instructor]: "The written paper is just an extended version of the first, it details your strengths, weaknesses and things to improve on within each field."

You have relatively high HP, being able to tank multiple hits from ARs and many more from SMGs.

Bruh, imagine being capable of doing so without bullet vests. That's video game shit.

Your rate of fire is average. However, very little can be done to change what is hardsetted. IF you would like to increase the cyclic rate of fire at the cost of accuracy and recoil control, consider fitting on a muzzle booster or using an open bolt conversion kit.

You have relatively mediocre accuracy, but it is to be expected since you have lower than average eyesight. We've noticed that you have the habit of crouching down when firing from a safe environment, thereby utilising the dampened recoil. That's good. Keep it up. If you would like to train your eyesight, consider playing ball sports like table tennis; that improves your tracking. Opening your eyes underwater will train you for better focus abilities, thus we also advise that you visit the G&K swimming pools occasionally.

You have average damage. You have enough power to bring down any type of enemy with enough bullets, as your type, the AR, is a jack-of-all-trades. Again very little can be done about this, but mastery in different types of bullets would allow for more flexibility.

You have above average Evasion, for ARs at least, you can dodge a couple of bullets. Increase in dosages of such exercises will help.

[Instructor]: "You may want to know how to improve. Well there is only one way. Training."

The instructor looked down at her watch. She had enough time left go go through strategizing

[Instructor]: "Dolls, ATTENTION!"

Immediately, the muttering stopped.

I guess teachers have authority in every world.

Or maybe, the dolls are programmed to be like this.

I guess I have to blend in.

[Instructor]: "We have about 10 minutes left. I do not wish to spend more time on this. We shall continue with how we strategy our battles."

A screen was projected to the front, with a software showing a map of some suburban area. An echelon represented by a simple little drawing of a T-Doll was on the "Deploy point".

[Instructor]: "This is how we orientate our battles. By keeping track of our echelons, we are able to track them as dots on this maps and get updates on their status. In areas with satellite coverage we will be receiving zoomed in live footage from low Earth orbit."

She made the command for the echelon to move forwards. Then confirmed this with a push of the command button.

Instructor]: "By commencing, the command to move will be received by T-Dolls. However this will only remain as a recommendation and under most circumstances, dolls are not complied to obey."

[Instructor]: "We are also able to estimate the enemy force through reconnaissance tools such as satellites, scouts, and information from our network of dolls, allowing us to analyse the situation thoroughly."

With that said, the bell rang.

[Instructor]: "Any questions?"

No one raised their hands

[Instructor]: "I see, go to your next period"

I looked down at my schedule, combat training was next.

The room was coded A301.

I couldn't decrypt what type of secrets the number A301 was holding, but it seemed the others knew, so I followed them.

We arrived at an area filled with dummies, rubber bullets and punching bags, with a platform in the middle. It was like a boxing gym. Instead of a human this time. It was another T-Doll. Her back facing at us. With a red stripe, blond hair, black service uniform, metal claws.

Hm, she seems familiar. lmao just a TAR-21 but goofy.

Oop, must be MDR then.

[MDR]: "Surprise!"

...Does she have a few screws loose?

She turns around.

[MDR]: "Ah! Are you the batch of new recruits? Wow! Your service uniforms are so cool

[MDR]: "Anyways, I want you guys to fight me!'

...What?

[MDR]: "Any volunteers? You can think of it as good training! You're fighting against a veteran here!"

No one raised their hands anyways.

[MDR]: "Aw... no volunteers? Pity... guess I'll just pick someone!"

She closed her eyes and spun around a couple of times, rotating at an extremely fast speed.

It was goofy.

When she stopped, her fingers were square and pointing at me.

It was no longer goofy anymore.

[MDR]: "You in the maid outfit! Fight me!"

Fuck.
