"Hi Minji... It was so lovely of you to arrange this." 

"Aww- Don't mention it. My pleasure."

"Do you think they would be here any time soon?" Danielle checked her watch- worried. What if Haerin was really 'done' with her.

"Actually Danielle, they're not supposed to even BE here soon... So hopefully they don't come anytime soon." Minji finished decorating the last of the roses.

Danielle's smile got wider with excitement, but then her head dropped as she stared at the ground... "I hate having relationship problems... How do you keep your relationship so healthy?"

No response.

Danielle spent the rest of her time on instagram- waiting while sitting on the floor.

"Danielle?" A soft voice was heard from the distance.

Danielle immediately shot up. Looking desperately for Hearin.

"dAnIelLE you IDiOt." Minji pulled her to the side where she couldn't be seen.

Danielle peeked out at the side of a tree... "OMG- I was really hoping that she would come though!" Softly hyping herself up.

Minji dramatically excited the bush. "WELL WELL WELL..." She begun, chin high (in a silly somewhat teasing manner).

"Babe!" Hanni exclaimed, running towards Minji for a hug but then she hesitated and decided not to give Minji a hug- as Haerin was being held captive by Hanni by the wrist to force her to show up.

Haerin looked up at Danielle, making eye-contact, yet quickly averting it.

Danielle almost held out her hand for Haerin to take... But she immediately pulled back, Haerin wanted to hold her hand... But when she pulled back Haerin got a cold flush down her body. She understood the situation though.

Danielle stopped looking at Haerin, she didn't want to make Haerin uncomfortable although that was exactly what the younger wanted her to do.

Hanni knew what was going on... Visually they made it no secret. If anybody didn't know what was happening it would have been the two of them.

Minji felt the need to speak up- So she did... Her date was planned out perfectly and there was no room for anything to go wrong. "Hello Daerin! It's so lovely to have you here, I'm so grateful that you decided to show up!"                                                                                                                                        Hanni smacked Minji's back (they were standing next to each other)... The moment of realization. 

" shit- I used their ship name." Minji facepalmed herself- obviously she made it worse by even saying that. 

These crackheads.

Daerin didn't mind though... " so you have a ship name for us, huh?" Haerin giggled.

Danielle smiled widely as she looked at Haerin. Haerin is the best.

The four of them sat down to have a double date picnic. 

They turned out to have so much fun. Haerin especially loved the idea of fresh air on fresh grass away from many people. Danielle loved it too. Minji was so romantically creative. Hanni and Minji didn't bug Daerin with their existence though, they ate their own food and looked over the hills and other natural land.

Danielle, was getting bored so she decided to pull out a question for Haerin.

"Have you ever been in a relationship before?" Danielle's head slightly tilted, waiting for a response. 

Of course Haerin was confused by the question... In this world today, what exactly counts as a relationship in any case? "Yeah, I've had a few... You have relationships with everyone, don't you? Different kind of relationships... Like- the person on the street that walked past me is a stranger to me and that's our relationship."

Haerin was such an amazing human and Danielle couldn't get over that. She nearly didn't even want to know the answer anymore but she continued- knowing very well that Hanni and Minji were listening with all the ears and eyes that they had, "Have you ever been in a romantic relationship with a boy or a girl who you would call your 'boyfriend' or 'girlfriend'." 

"I think all my friends have genders. " There was a silence between the two. 

Haerin was obviously avoiding the question but It was fun for Danielle to challenge herself and see what Haerin would answer, so she went on... "Yeah, yeah a friendship can be romantic but have you ever been in Love. And been able to call that person your 'property'?"

If Haerin did what she wanted to ( whisper in Danielle's ear that she never wanted to have somebody like she wanted to own Danielle..... In her mind she was also on-top of Danielle when she said that, pushing her further into the ground and then leaving a kiss by the throat- asserting dominance. )  she would have had to deal with this conversation later... So she thought harder to try and think of a better answer, leaving Danielle in deeper wonder of why she wasn't answering.

Danielle looked at Minji for answers. Nothing. 'Gosh, girls are so confusing.'

Haerin finally thought of a PG answer, "I have had lovers in the past, yes... I wouldn't say it was the best- most healthy relationships I've ever had though. I don't think this one is good for my health either but we are going to make it work because I feel something really deep for you."

Danielle shot blank. Was it a good time to kiss her or not? Probably not, so she shut her mouth.

Hanni and Minji fangirling in silence over their perfectly romantic moments. Haerin was the best. 

Danielle decided to take Haerin back home when the picnic was over and the sun was slightly going down. Hanni and Minji let them be. They went home together as well. 

'Maybe double dates aren't so fun for a group like this.' Minji reminded herself to not arrange a third wheels date again.

"You wanna come in?" Haerin smiled at Danielle at the gates before she spoke to the security monitor.

Danielle winked (one of her charming winks)
