Bella pleaded "Bella you know I don't tolerate smoking or lying," Carlisle said while smacking Bella's bottom "I-I-I-I'M SS-SOR-SORRY!!" Bella shouts sobbing. "Rosalie you better be ready because you're next," Carlisle says not letting up on Balla's bottom

So you may be wondering why Bella and Rosalie are getting spanked. Let me take you back to this morning.

"Hey Bella," Rosalie says walking into Bella's room "Hey Rosalie" Bella says closing her book and a little bit confused why Rosalie is being so nice to her. "Ok look, I know that we're not the best of friends but I want to change that. We live in the same house now and it's not gonna be fun for either of us if we're fighting all the time" Rosalie says sitting down on Bella's bed "Ok, who are you and what have you done with Rosalie?" Bella asks smirking "Bella, I'm serious, I do wanna apologize, I'm so sorry for the way I've been treating you, it wasn't right and I'm a horrible person," Rosalie says with tears coming out of her eyes "I guess I forgive you?" Bella said a little unsure of why Rosalie was suddenly apologizing. "Great," Rosalie says and heads downstairs. "So, did you apologize to Bella?" Carlisle asks sternly "Yeah I did," Rosalie says with an eye roll "So if I went to ask her right now, she'd tell me that you apologized?" Carlisle says with a raised eyebrow "yes she would" Rosalie groans wanting to go be with Emmett "Ok, then let me ask her" Carlisle says and heads upstairs. "Hey Bella," Carlisle says walking into Bella's room "Hi Carlisle," Bella says sitting up and closing her book "Did Rosalie apologize to you?" Carlisle asks sitting on Bella's bed and giving Bella a side hug "Yeah she did, don't worry you don't need to punish her anymore" Bella says softly smiling "Good, I don't like punishing my children but I don't want them going down the wrong path. Bella, I want you to know that I will never punish you out of anger and I will never spank you bare because I respect your privacy" Carlisle says giving Bella one last hug and then leaving Bella's room. "I miss you, dad," Bella says as she picks up a picture she has of Charlie. Bella gets a text from Jessica asking her to meet Jessica at the park to hang out so Bella decides to go

"Hey, Bella," Jessica says smiling "Hi," Bella says hugging Jessica "So the reason I wanted us to be at the park is so we could smoke some cigarettes together...If you'd want to that is" Jessica says offering a cigarette to Bella. On the one hand, Bella knew that if she smoked, she would get a spanking from Carlisle but on the other hand, Bella has flaked on Jessica and Mike all week. "Yeah sure, I could use a smoke," Bella says taking the cigarette from Jessica "Bella, I haven't seen you in a week," Jessica says a little upset "Sorry, I'm still grieving over my dad," Bella says pulling her hood up so Jessica wouldn't see her crying  "I'm sorry, I was being insensitive," Jessica says rubbing Bella's back "It's ok," Bella says taking a puff of her cigarette "It's so nice that the Cullens adopted you," Jessica says sounding a little bit Jealous "Yeah, Carlisle says that since the day I started dating Edward, he's considered me family," Bella says smiling "I'm so happy for you Bella" Jessica says take a 6th puff from her cigarette "Oh shit," Bella says with wide eyes "What?" Jessica asks worriedly "There's Rosalie," Bella says pointing at Rosalie "uh she's walking this way," Jessica says panicking a little bit "Hey Bella and Jessica, what are you doing?" Rosalie says nonchalantly "Uh nothing" Bella lies "It looks like you're smoking," Rosalie says still being nonchalant "Yeah, we're smoking," Bella says looking down "Can I have one?" Rosalie asks looking at the pack of cigarettes in Jessica's hand "You...Want to smoke?" Bella says shocked "Yeah, I won't tell anyone I've been smoking for the past week,"  Rosalie says smiling a little bit "Yeah, here," Jessica says handing Rosalie a cigarette "Thanks Jessica," Rosalie says taking the cigarette "You know my name?" Jessica asks in disbelief  "Yeah, you're Jessica Stanley, A.K.A. "Chatty girl in the back of the English class"  You almost got me in trouble" Rosalie says frowning a bit "Sorry Rosalie" Jessica says looking down "It's alright, it's in the past. "Ahem!" Carlisle says walking over to the girls looking furious "Uh oh" Bella and Rosalie say at the same time "I can't believe what I'm seeing, my two daughters are smoking"  Carlisle says furiously "Uh we're not smoking" Rosalie lies "Yeah we were just holding them for Jessica Bella also lies " that's true Dr. Cullen. Please don't be mad at them, I was the one who brought the cigarettes and gave them to Bella and Rosalie "Well Jessica I can't do anything about you but I appreciate you telling me the truth" Carlisle says sternly "Yes sir" Jessica says looking down "As for you two...Let's go, we're going home" Carlisle says sternly and dragging Bella and Rosalie to the car by their wrists and driving them home. "Ok girls, go wait in my office," Carlisle says sternly "Yes sir," Both girls say nervously and go to Carlisle's office

And now you are all caught up. So now let's focus on the present

"Ok," Carlisle says sighing as he walks into his office "Girls, you know better, you know not to smoke so why did you do it?" Carlisle says sitting on the edge of his desk "We were just blowing off steam" Rosalie says sinking into the sofa a little bit "Well there are other ways to blow off steam" Carlisle says sternly "Yes sir" Rosalie says looking down. "And lying? You girls know better than to lie. When I'm done with you two, you won't ever lie or go near a cigarette ever again" Carlisle says irritated  "Bella, do you have anything to say?" Carlisle asks sternly "No sir," Bella says barely audible "Ok then, let's get onto the punishments. Rosalie, go stand in the corner and Bella, get over my lap" Carlisle says sternly "Yes sir" Both girls say sadly and do as they're told. "Bella, you know why you're getting spanked right?" Carlisle asks sternly "Yes sir," Bella says on the verge of tears "Good, then let's begin," Carlisle says rubbing Bella's back before landing the first smack

 Since Bella is a human and she has a low pain tolerance, she sobbed harder with each smack that landed on her bottom. Bella sobbed and pleaded but the smacks kept on coming.

"Rosalie you better be ready because you're next," Carlisle says not letting up on Balla's bottom "PLEASE CARLISLE STOP!!" Bella shouted "You have five more and then you can go snuggle with Edward" Carlisle says rubbing Bella's back "Yes sir" Bella sobs SMACK SMACK SMACK SMACK SMACK "Ok sweet girl, it's over, sh sh sh sh sh" Carlisle soothes as he lifts Bella off his lap and gives her a big hug "Rosalie, you stay right there, I am going to take Bella to Edward and I will be right back," Carlisle says sternly "Yes sir," Rosalie says hoping Carlisle didn't hear the nervousness in her voice. five minutes later Carlisle returns and Rosalie stiffens knowing that it's time for her spanking. "Ok Rosalie, get over my knee," Carlisle says sternly "Yes sir," Rosalie says her voice cracking "Rosalie, it'll be ok, I'm not angry at you, I'm disappointed in your actions and I want you to learn from them," Carlisle says giving Rosalie a much-needed hug "Yes sir," Rosalie says as she lies over Carlisle's lap.

At this point, Rosalie is sobbing and begging Carlisle to stop but her pleas and cries fall upon deaf ears as Carlisle keeps smacking Rosalie's bottom. About two minutes later, the spanking is finished and Rosalie is forgiven just like Bella "I love you very much Rosalie, you took your spanking very well" Carlisle says as he lifts Rosalie onto his lap cuddles and soothes her. Both Bella and Rosalie agreed that they would never go near a cigarette ever again.
